What mod gives powerlines on streets?

hi,
it's from this Japanese Sidewalk Mod here: hide-inoki.com/bbs/archives/sc4_0856.html
it adds a whole bunch of decorations to your sidewalk, the powerlines is just one of them
so be sure to read and choose what you need carefully
I only use the one for SAM3 and SAM4, you can check my setup on this page here, go to the "Wooden Poles Sidewalk Decoration"
