By the way I’m the one that asked about the wet room ! I can’t wait for that video because I do struggle in that area. It’s honestly the hardest area to do especially for new hires coming in. For some odd reason that’s where they stick everyone after your training week. Ugghh Coffeemate..we had a truck come in with 20 pallets of Hazelnut coffeemate that needed to be restacked. A lot of the time is the loaders dont use enough straps or load-locks to keep the stuff from shifting when the guy makes a sharp turn or has to slam on the brakes.
Believe me, I've gone on enough delivery routes as a drivers helper to know people are nuts on the road. I've seen my drivers have to stand on the brakes cause of something stupid the Corolla did in front of us
Mate You should do a video building a 3d or 2d palette Your way with S M L XL boxes and explain an ideal Palette. With Corners, going inwards. Where each sized Box goes etc
I think a lot of people don't understand how the pallets go into a trailer. I am not sure if you can get access to your loaders loading these pallets but it might make people understand the problems your loaders will experience from a badly stacked pallet.
One goes in straight the other is pinwheeled. If built to wide there is a issue of having product getting crushed. If built too tall it doesn't fit past the door frame.
With regards to the pallet at around 2:00 it seems glaringly obvious to drop the two top cases down and put the other two( that aren’t level) on top or elsewhere. Would you guess that this wasn’t done as the person didn’t want to waste time? But would you always advise taking the time to do this? We don’t stack pallets that high (120/130cm I think) but you still want it fairly solid until you are least at half that height right?

That's odd because warehouses usually wait until you get experience because produce is the 2nd most expensive thing in the warehouse besides meat

If you put a case down and it hangs over side take the time to space that row out real quick minus that case.
