We've lived in Tx when flood waters rose in a matter of hours. It's very scary. Thank God that young couple are safe.
Texas city refuses to give people hurricane aid unless they pledge not to boycott Israel :

I feel sorry for those residents where those storms are happening, but this next statement may sound crazy, but it's true I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of jealous of those who got to see those tornadoes in person. I wish I could see one in person from a safe distance.

Back in the Flood of 93 we were not able to rebuild in a 500 year flood plane in DesMoines, Iowa after we lost our waterworks and it was a state of emergency statewide!!

Not only a river in conroe, tx, but a big lake as well: lake conroe. I wonder what the water levels are in lake conroe right now? You actually have 3 big lakes with dams on them either in or not too far away from the houston, tx metro that rivers feed into: lake conroe iin conroe, tx, lake livingston in livingston, tx & lake houston in houston, tx. I hope all of the water levels are managable in all 3 of these lakes!!
