Hey!! So I personally believe I was born in the wrong time period! LOL I should have been in 1920's or 1940's. I am doing a series on my channel called makeup through the decades. Here is how to create a FAUX BOB no matter how long your hair is!! Hope you like it!

She probably has very soft and flexible hair. Mine is also very flexible and I can shape them however I want. Straight hair tends to go back to its original shape :)

FYI, "C'est la vie" means "that's life." Maybe you meant "Voila!" ?? My hair would need serious spray to hold those curls.
Terrie Todd well technically doesn’t it mean “it/this is the life”? Or is that just the literal translation?

"Mom, my hair won't stay curled, I'm so mad. And I have a white spot on my forehead.

i dont have the hair clips but have hot rollers. i think i can do this with the hot rollers and let them cool conpletely and it should get hensame result right

😭 If only I had the talent to do this. I hate my hair it’s thin and never wants to hold anything even with curl hold spray. Gonna practice doing this anyway and hopefully get it right for Halloween. Anyway you look absolutely gorgeous!

This looks very nice and actually much simpler than many other tutorials I've seen so I'm going to give it a try! If I'm doing it the first time, how much time you think I'd need??
Honestly if it is your first time give yourself an hour... that includes lots of time for the curls to set. You want to keep them pinned up for a good 20-30 minutes!

Pin curls suit your face perfectly, way more than when it was straight at the beginning.

It would have worked in less time if you spray hair setting spray instead of waiting for like 50 minutes for getting that S shape.but your work is amazing and it's good to not using harsh chemical products.

I had the whole flapper outfit for a Twenties party, just needed to do my hair to complete the outfit. Your video was perfect! My hair came out great! It was an evening of so much fun. Got a lot of compliments on my whole get-up! I encouraged my dad and sister to dress up for the event as well. My dad had a fake mustache with his outfit and we had the time of our lives, we laughed so hard! Thank you again for the help to make the evening a huge success!!!!! This is glorious, I've been looking for "1920s flapper clothes" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Panadarson Flapper Falbala - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy got cool results with it.
Absolutely not. PLEASE look up more actual photographs from that time period before adding to the wealth of misinformation about the 1920's that already exists on the internet.

My hair would never curl that much in 30 minutes. I need hot curlers left in for 2-4 hours depending if it’s wet with mousse or not
