I've just got a cyclescheme certificate for 1300 I were planning on getting the est 500 in blue and black but it's disappeared from the app and website so considering this bike
It’s not a lazy bike if it gets you out there. I had a nice, light mountain bike, used it a handful of times and was consigned to the shed. Just wasn’t enjoying the ride as it always felt like it was killing me. Got an e-bike last year, haven’t used it much this year as been unwell but at least when I do ride it, I get chance to enjoy it now. Yeah, it’s heavy without the assist on and I struggle to lift it sometimes but it doesn’t feel like my chest is going to explode, and it doesn’t take many rides for me to start dialling down the assist either. Enjoy yours, hope you have many adventures to come! X
I love my ebike, sadly it does weigh a ton, it's a town bike and is built like the proverbial brick outhouse but still not great off road, using it for a year or 2 enabled me to get my old mountain bike out and start using that again (which is much, much lighter). Having the security of the pedal assist make longer journeys much less daunting. Yours looks like the best of both worlds! I have been looking into bike micro camper trailers, some awesome ideas out there.
The gear adjustment for top gear can be done in 2 ways. 1: cable tension on either end of the cable ( this will effect all gears a bit though) or 2: On the rear mec (near the 2 little guide wheels) the will be 2 stop screws. These limit the movement for 1st gear to stop it going in the spokes and 8th gear to stop the chain coming off and getting stuck between the gear and frame. Screws will be marked high and low. Sounds like the high gear one needs winding in a bit. Regards Al. ps I can always talk you through it if you need it. 👍
So far it's great, I don't need anything major for climbing jumps etc, living the flat lands of norfolk. So depending on your needs, you may need to get something more suitable. Thanks for watching.
It's not just a matter of adjustment, mate. That of the eighth gear (and the chain that often falls) is a known defect, read the negative reviews and watch my videos. You can adjust it 1000 times but the eighth gear will always be faulty. You have to change many components. Also pay attention to the very fragile brakes and rims.
Decathlon stuff has always been awesome. Bought a lot of their running and hiking stuff
Gotta admit it was a bit of a punt but so far no complaints
@@hazzardoutdoors I've just ordered a cheap Chinese one. Just to see if I like it. If its any good I'll get the est 100 on the cycle to work scheme 👍
@@sun-sea-solar let me know.
@@hazzardoutdoors will do, hopefully it arrives in the next 5 weeks 😂😂😂

Definitely enjoy it more than my regular bike as it just takes the edge off. Really enjoyable, thanks for watching.
Nice looking bike, hopefully you'll get fit enough to do some work around camp soon 😉😂
Funny man, I don't wanna get in the way of your calender shoots....
touché 😂
Looks good mate, happy riding 👍
Happy indeed, my backside feels like someone violated me yesterday though, need a new seat. 😆

Certainly is, this is still fairly heavy. But can handle most stuff haven't even looked at jumps though. Maybe some longer trek's yes. With a day camp

Thanks fella, I'll have a wiggle.
Would like to get a e-bike one of these days. Nice bike. Might just need a little adjustment on the 8th gear. Take care.

How’s the bike doing now, mate? I am thinking about purchasing one this month.
Very well mate. No complaints
nice vidéo
Thank you for watching
Are you still happy with the bike ?
Gotta say yes, I have put puncture resistant inner armor on but that's because of my paths I ride.

Mostly I saw positive reviews but yes the gears I had seen can be an issue. Do you have a RUclips review. Struggled to find many....
