Awesome buck! Was it a liver hit? They usually do run a ways and then start walking. Smart thing to do leaving it overnight. Does RUclips prohibit showing blood? Hence the leaves. Was this deer shot this year or last? Hard to believe it got down to 39° down there already. I am in Wisconsin and there has been record heat.
It’s been hard. Every year the people around me kill every buck they see. But I’ve tried to design my farm the best I can to hold them and give them a safe place to hide.
It is so nice when all the hard work you put in pays off. But that’s part of hunting. Checking cameras designing your farm building food plots. It’s just awesome. And thank u.

Thanks. And there is a urban Hunt going on right now. In West Virginia.You have to apply for that. I can’t wait for the 30th. Counting down the days.😂🏹🦌

Awesome to see a fellow mountaineer letting bucks get old and not just shooting the deer because it has horns. I put in a lot of hard work on my farm to grow big deer but it can get frustrating when the neighboring farms just shoot anything that moves. Great job and hope the work you put in pays off in the future. Nothing like watching a deer grow over the years and then try to out smart him on his turf.
Awesome wv deer. I hunt some public land around my house in north central wv and the Amish come in every year and mow everything down. It’s tough to find a good one but they are here.
