If you say that Mary assumption has happen and there is nowhere in the Holy infallible inspired words of God in the Bible that says that it seem very odd for someone to come up with that assurance that it indeed did happen but without proof. Why would you believe more men to tell you that where none of them were there to witness it but to begin with and lived many centuries after. Should you not believe more the ones who were there who witness it and saw with their own eyes and heard it? For the sake of argument. Let says she did went up in heaven, is she still going to be Jesus' mother or something else?
Your Excellency, we believe that Mary has assumed into Heaven with her real body, not a spiritual body. Also Jesus: we believe that his real body has resurrected from the dead and he ascended into Heaven with His physical body, not a spiritual body. Both are dogmas of the Holy Church.
