- Known as the Hollywood in Malaysia, Taman Melawati is one of the hot spot for many local celebrities due to several reason. This is one of the rare location that provides both urban and nature experience. Imagine having mountains as the backdrop for your living room and being close to KL City Centre at the same time.
A debate would be the architectural setting on a hill where we need to travel down the stairs to access your bedroom. The layout of rooms is practical, just that they are inverted vertically.
The forever-in-construction MRR2 highway is one side, a sign for development, but on the other, is a current congestion in and out the area. As there are new developments to the area such as Melawati Mall and Corporate offices, it signifies the mature population in that area=)
I'm a civil engineer in construction field and my geotechnical prof used to tell us to never ever buy property on a hill/slope/toe of hill/slope. Look at the vertical retaining wall at the 1st minute intro of the video. It's just scary crazy. Seriously I would not live in such house even if you paid me.
Then does it mean you're not even confident in the work of your own profession?! Hmmm, that's a very peculiar view especially from your prof.
His role was to produce engineers to ensure our safety but he's not confident on his fellow comrades...

Wow never knew there's such a nice hidden location in Taman Melawati. Now the only problem I have is that I don't have enough money! HAHA

Can u talk about new developments in setia alam e.g jalan setia utama and also setia alam as a whole is it still worth a place to stay and/or investmemt considering the congestion and increased population with only one main road and distance to KL/PJ?
YatYuen Eddie lim Hi there, thanks for watching first of all. My take on Setia Alam is the density is still rather low in comparison to many other places as they are still limited units of high rises.
However I do take note of the single access out from NKVE. To me, the prices of the landed terrace houses are still relatively affordable in comparison to PJ. Therefore, people are still attracted to that location.
Investment for capital appreciation on the landed is a norm there, but the highrise has yet to show any results. Hope these help:)
love the house, but the ID looks a bit IKEA .... seems like the make over guys apply the same concept regardless of whether it is a modern studio or multi-million mansion - just my personal opinion :-)

Yes this is allowed for foreigners. It's located in KL and it's beyond the RM 1mil mark. It's a 5 min drive away from a mall, as well as a wet market=)
@@iherng I just came over from HK and have a look on this Amberhill unit by yesterday(27th Oct). Really like it but this unit is already sold😒. Basically this unit is located in Selangor according to the property agent. also the title of this unit is not allowed for foreigner. Just correct u on this😮
tis unit is too big for me. you have studio or 2room 2bathroom
You can then check out other projects around that area such as Serini, VEO, Ridge, Quinn, Lexa and etc. I've reviewed quite a number of them:)
