Leigh is the Vice President of Global Categories and Clients for Meta in EMEA. She leads a senior team who provide C-suite support and advice for some of the world’s most sophisticated businesses, across CPG, Autos, Retail, Tech/Telco, and eCommerce.
Leigh has also spent 20 years working in Creative Agencies, including roles as Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi, London, and running Digital Agency of the Decade, DARE, as CEO.
Aside from Leigh's passion for gender equality and work as a proud WACL executive (Women in Communications and Marketing London), and privileged to serve as an advisor on the Board of Pennies, spearheading the digital micro-donation movement in the UK. She is a Campaign A-lister, and a BIMA Top 100 achiever.
Jon Ratcliffe is the Founder and CEO of Engage Video Group. Jon has a strong 10-year relationship with the London Business School, having guest lectured and organised lecture series at LBS since 2009.
A unique, tech-driven social media video business, combining data, innovation & creativity. We've worked for some of the world's largest brands such as Unilever, Nestlé and Mondelēz. We also built and own the largest food and recipe social media platform in Africa, Foodies of SA.
Jon was previously Head of Advertising for Google, leading RUclips sales in multiple global markets, and he worked at Google's head office in San Francisco in the GoogleX team.
Jon has delivered keynote speeches at the Cannes Lions and is a Council Member for the World Economic Forum.
