I'd like to be a guest! I have been following these segment of Poets and Quants for a while now. Seen like 12 videos already, and binging more! I must commend you sirs. Your content have been really helpful in preparing for my forth coming interviews. (I applied mostly in 2nd rounds).
I'm a Nigerian Civil Engineer in Transportation looking to launch a startup that solves the problem of traffic congestion after my MBA. I already sent my application via the Jot form you shared in one of the videos.
Looking forward to a favourable response!

This is fantastic- I’m in a similar situation to Nikki. I’m a small business owner and have 10 years of experience building a small creative business with around 80k/yr in revenue. But now I’m considering an MBA to fill in gaps in my knowledge and ultimately to be able to level-up to a leadership role in larger scale operations.
Like Nikki, I’ve been out there as a solo-prenuer marketing myself and running a self-made operation.
I am now exploring an mba to pivot my career away from just being a “one-man-shop”. But not sure how to square my individualized work experience with what most applicants bring (such as experience in a corporate structure.)
This interview was gold. So applicable. She was a really good sport in a very confrontational situation-but I really appreciated the “gloves off” stance they took. It was way more helpful than if they had coddled her.
Good luck Nikki! Thanks for doing this! Wishing you a world of success! 🌟

I think she is great, she is smart and an entrepreneur. Im not sure if someone should change its values, and authenticity just to get admission to a top business school just to find a "good" job. I have worked for great companies with no MBA, and are companies that are able to measure your real potential, capacity and values. If you have to provide standard answers, and being someone else to show the "perfect fit" that school is not worth it.

@@nikkigupta6269 I respect you for the fact that you even participated in such a brutal interview. But everything you say from the interview to the comments seem a bit defensive and arrogant. Just move on and maybe focus on the bigger things than answering to a random stranger who said something offensive to you. And maybe learn to be down to earth as well.
