Will give this a try this week. I like the idea of hitting the reset button each day. Plus, no guilt, just developing a good habit here. "I used to not be able to nap, but, I am learning to now and becoming more productive because of it." The Power of Habit, now on my list. Thanks!

9:29 I like to meditate b4 I sleep! And it really does train your brain. Another note - to pretend your a puddle
    - relax your brain
    - just breathe audiobook (sooo relaxing! My nap pill!)
    - it is a habit, you have to train your brain for it, it’s not going to be easy the first few weeks
    - create a habit loop

This is great, Chandler! Yes, I know how that feels to get so refreshed, it feels like starting a second day. I know of many that did this: President Kennedy, Churchill, and my husband did as well (but not on company time!) I’m not in the habit of it, but I should be. You’ve given some good tips on how to do it. I have been one that thought I couldn’t, unless exhausted, but then just often muddled through late afternoons and evenings many times with my brain not functioning up to speed. I’m going to try to do better. Thanks!
