You can not get off there. This is most likely the Zugspitze in Germany and the lift goes over a crest and ends near the glacier where the actual slopes are. This is the way into the skiing area.
@@jakob.k_design i was implying that it looked like he was going down the hill so he’d rather ride the lift up and down. But thanks for clearing things up as its actually pretty interesting
no, it is the 3s bahn in Austria Kitzski Kitzbühel. it is 4km long and you take 1 km above the ground, the lift goes 25 km/p, it has 1 pole and goes from mountain to mountain. on a certain stretch you are free in the air for 3 km. it hangs on 3 cables and a cart/gondola can accommodate 10-15 people. that's the scariest ski lift
I took this one in Val D'Isere. Got a good memory of it. The sensation of going down after reaching the top od the mountain is quite disturbing.... But view is amazing !!! Some people jump at top from the chairlift. We saw the traces of it....Some freestyle skier ...
I know the lift youre talking about, but is this it? I don't think it is but I could be wrong. I believe you jump off going the other way too, that's a bit steep to be jumping 😂
You don't know a scary lift until you have been on a single track double chair with one pole in the middle during a snowstorm. The amount of swinging is terrifying.
Downloading really messes with height judgement from the unfamiliar perspective. Feels like you’re 100 feet away from the slope instead of 20, but it’s a great view if you have to do it.
Lol.... the Red Dog lift at Squaw was wayyyy higher than this. Especially downloading. Their "Resort Chair" is still higher than this shit by a lot too
It’s literally just a ski lift
its hard to explain but when you're there its kinda freaky.
This lift gets more views then all my content 😅
Yeah.
Bro it’s in tignes it’s really not a standard lift.. it’s a weird experience going up and over a mountain
The quick change of direction from going upwards to going downwards probably makes you feel like you're in a free fall for a short moment
It's not scariest, but it's beautiful
Guess you gotta be there?
@@erikedlund2904 no but i have been to similar places
@@erikedlund2904its def not the scariest, but its a lot scarier than you think. Its in Val d’Isere. Been there a couple times
@@Noud-od5txis this in Poland? Please tell me if there's something like this because I'm going there
Bro decided the lift was more fun than the riding😂
That was not a stop

if that's scary for you, there are a lot of places in switzerland or austria where you'll lose your guts 😂😂😂
I went to Kitzbuehl last winter and snowboarded that monstronsity, and you're right it was legit pretty scary
@abc123 that's a country I'd love to visit
Everyone: wooooow, me: why is he going down and not up

I saw somebody do backflip of it
It's fine a bit ofa strange feeling
That one kid on the left side of the chair goi g back down
It can go in both ways
@@АнитаАлександрова-д5п have you ever been on a ski lift?
@@ArmoryArchive yes

Every single ski lift looks like this if go down the mountain
Where’s the scary part!! Looks beautiful!
I would guess its the Zugspitze, thenhighest mountain in Germany.
@@jakob.k_design It does really look like the zugspitze. Thats in Austria btw
@@jsteff9290well, the peak itself is actually located in germany so it is conaidered the highest mountain of germany so Jakob was right.
it’s the The Leissieres Express in Val d'Isère, France BTW 😊
THE BEUTIFULEST IN EUROPE! ?🤩🤩🤩 I LOVE GO SKIING ⛷️
im imagining someone jumping off of the lift at the very peak and skiing down the slope to the end of the lift
"Pull the lever kronk!"
Your in france and its a ski thing that is called tignes i were Therese 1 week ago
This is such a nightmare
In America our ski lifts go uphill
Like every skilift on this planet when you go from top to bottom station
This lift connects 2 valleys so there's no bottom or top there's 1 side and the other side
scary? beautiful!
Yeaaa thats pretty high up ngl
There’s one like this in Bulgaria that goes much further down and has a really steep climb
Going down is always scary. You are looking about 500 feet down instead of the 75’ going up that you are used to.
Sick af
It was "scarier" 20 odd years ago when it was a rickety old two man...
Thats the one in france and ive been on that one tbh it was fun ngl
Why u going down its a ski lift to lift you up to the top not the bottom
It is similar to the one connecting La Thuile to Rosiere.
Good for a jump out run
This bends my brain
Bro I was on that lift it‘s in Oetz in Österreich. It‘s not scary but nice!

Scary? That looks insanely awesome.
honestly id put the bar down but after that id be ight
Yo what Mtn is that
Beautiful!
I would jump out and ski down😂
Lovely ski resort. It’s Val-dlsere right?
Yes
Whistler regulars: 😐, like seriously if this is the worst in Europe y’all would not survive a day in North America
There’s nothing scary about this. 🤦♀️
A video doesn’t do this lift justice! it literally takes your breath away as you go over the top 😋
This one goes down the hill😂. Congrats. You re on a gondola
Bro u should see whistler Blackcomb gondola
I know the peak 2 peak is like 1700 feet off the ground d

Come to Steven's Pass in Washington if you wanna talk about a scary lift to ride
I like skiing but I hate lifts.
Val d'Isere if I am not wrong. Heaviest lift I've used ever
The up and over to le fornet.
That’s the one, was just there
Scariest lift is the 2 man chair at lake louise on the backside. Super sketchy chair and at one point your easily 150 feet off the ground
Not scary. They should have the terminal on the ridge. That bowl looks fun!
A ski LIFT is going down?!?!?!💀
Blufs going the wrong way
I have been on that one it is in Alpe Duez
I’ve definitely seen some bigger gaps in france , but still pretty high
I am from Switzerland but don’t know this place lol🙈😆
Were is this?
It really looks like the zugspitze
If this is scary, it explains why you're going down with ski lift..
Is that the scare chair in Alpe d'Huez
The scariest is the one that takes you from Val D’Isere to Tignes. Whoever nade that is a psycopath.
Pretty sure this is the one mate
@@tlbagnalldamn, you are right! This is actually the one. Yup. Scary af. The video is not doing it any justice.

Try steven’s pass 7th heaven in us WA 2 seater that’s ole af up the side of a sheer drop

Bro is riding down the hill on a lift
Is this in chamonix?
At least in Europe you have safety bars

Yeah I hate it when they do that. Is it really necessary to go for the big strech to the next incline.
Best lift to ride at Val d'Isere.
Is it near Galtür?
I guess it got cut before the scary part
How do you get back to the lift if it’s going down hill?
For sure it’s scary but why would you use it downhill?
but also cool :)
is this in val-d’isère??
That is scary, you just lost vertical that could have been skied.
No way I would get on that it supposed to go up not down
Where is it?😊
Bruh ur just going back around on the lift
Those chords aren't weird.
I suppose it's between Tigne and Iser ?
Is that teh scare chair? In France?
What do some people do they go up and get scared and ride back down?
Question from the Floor:
Whys the ski lift carrying you down???
You have to get over the mountain in order to access another part of the resort
It is tignes right?
Snowbasin has a pretty sketchy lift
Just look like he forget to leave the lift at stop, or he scare of the ski run
What’s scary about this lift? Literly just like any other chair lift
This doesn’t look scary on video but I’ve took the elevator and that’s a pretty scary point because you do not expect to go down in a ski lift.
tignes Val d'Isère 😍
Why are they using a ski lift to go down?
If you guys think that’s scary y’all with crap your pants in colorado
I’ve been in this one yesterday and it’s 💀
Why does it not stop at the top of the ridge?
Nowhere to get off.
30 years ago the ones in the USA did Not even have a safety chain og bar
There are way scarier lifts in italy or in the alps in general...
