I just crushed this and I will say the last circuit was def hard for me as I had to rest once but kept pushing and did it. This was def a fun one as I like amraps. You continue to inspire us everyday Sydney and I love it 💪🏽❤️✅ Ready to crush tomorrow’s workout.
I love the "breathe and believe"...we needed it for that at the end! I don't care for amraps at all but I did exactly what u said....put the pedal to the medal and gave it my all! Tha k you for all that you do for this community! It is greatly appreciated! You look amazing momma! ❤️
The most challenging was the last circut with inch worms. You finally got me to change my mindset about burbees...but inch worms...🥵... crushed it anyway and I thank you for that! what i love about sydney is that she never makes me feel bad about how slow or low my weights are. although i am a fit teen, i have bad asthma and workouts like these typically trigger it, but i wanted to see if i could. while dripping at the end, i am happy to say that i did not have a asthma attack nor feel guilty about my speed. thank you sydney

I have no energy or anything to motivate me to start but I tell myself if she can do this everyday pregnant then so can I and bam I workout everyday and finish. Thank you for posting your workouts while pregnant! It helps pregnant ladies so much to know how to move safely with weights. I know there is fear of weights while pregnant due to injury, loss of balance, etc. it’s so encouraging having the ability to move with you while pregnant and feel strong to support our babies and for labor! Thank you so much for these I’ll be following along every week during my pregnancy ❤😊

The longer work periods really allowed me slow down and focus on form and range of movement (that cardio finisher though, whew!), thank you for another great one, Sydney!

School is starting in a few day so I've been in teacher training meetings for the last few days. I've missed my workouts. It's good to be back. I had to give myself a pep talk to get through the burpee circuit, but I hung in there. It's so good to be back.
I haven't been found of the AMRAP workouts we've done in other programs and today I went in feeling the same way. However, by the end of the today's workout I felt like I owned it and CRUSHED IT! My attitude towards them have changed and I'm now looking forward to embracing and owning this week's workout. Thank you for helping me see the power in these types of workouts, for changing my mind, and for changing my body! Love you guys!!

I had corona for two weeks and after recovery, I had to have a small operation, I really miss working out with Sydney, I hope to be back in the team from the beginning of March.
