Very nice and soothing. Is there a chakra that deals with tinnitus?
Tinnitus and hearing is connected to depletion in the kidney meridian in Chinese medicine. The frequency of the kidney meridian is 118 to 121hz. There are acupoints to press that will help too. Research qigong and tcm for more info.
@@Qibythesea Thank you, however, my tinnitus started 2 years ago after being abruptly woken by an extremely loud ad after falling asleep with earbuds in listening to something on RUclips. I then started having hand tremors and anxiety. And very afraid now to leave my house. Would that still deal with kidney issues?
Yes definitely. The kidneys are connected to the emotion of fear and also cover anxiety. On RUclips look up Qigong for Vitality, Jeff has loads of routines to help strengthen resilience and general strength.. He is a wonderful teacher and has a website with lots of info. Anxiety can increase severity tinnitus. Hope that helps.
