And rutabaga is Gutnish (the language spoken on the Swedish island of Gotland), literally meaning stumpy root. In Canada we just call them turnips since they are the most common type of turnip grown and eaten in our cold, northern climate, while white turnips must have the adjective white used with it if you want to refer that root vegetable specifically. Why the swedes call it kålrot (cabbage-root) is because it was created in Sweden by hybridizing a cabbage with a turnip to give the turnip the qualities of a cabbage, which grows better in poor quality soil and in colder climates than turnips do while getting the nutritional value of the turnip. It helped to prevent disease and starvation and to support larger populations in North Europe alongside the potato. In olden days English people referred to the swede by its full name, the swedish rape, which could be taken the wrong way nowadays and is probably the reason why they just call it a swede.

@@TheOdd NHS is understaffed and uncoordinated sadly. Took 7 hours to get a blood test and 13 hours for a room and results. In that time I saw one doctor who was a surgeon who said it was a medicine issue and would transfer me to the medical team. Currently waiting to be referred to a gastrology team but that was at 7 am this morning and at 4pm got laughed at and told "dont think youre seeing them any time today now" when I asked so more waiting it is. Thanks for the support!

Been diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis (kinda like Crohn's disease) so nice life long illness at the age of 21. Thankfully not life threatening or serious. Just probably means a lot of hospital trips in the future but im on steroid injections now and i feel loads better. Just binging my favourite boiks to beat the NHS boredum!

Тhat iPod question was deceptive. The classic is *modeled* after the original iPods, but it wasn't called the "classic" until 2007 when other iPod models had been released. There's other differences, as well, such as the storage space for the current "classics" being 160 GB while the storage size for the original versions were around 5~8 GB or so.

He used to play a lot in the games when the boys streamed like the Overwatch, Rocketleague, GTA etc and donated when the boys streamed , and I think from that Smith added him on Steam and they played together and then he joined them on the stream and since then he's been a regular with Hulmes.
