Humbly beg your pardon please but is it not better to practice Sūrya Namaskāra to warm the body before the practice of Āsanas? Humble opinion please share only the authentic Yoga practices or it might confuse a layman.

Concentrate on yoga please and not criticising what people in West wear. Everyone wears what is available locally. Yogis don't criticise such petty and trivial things.
You will be surprised to see that some western yoga students surrender and learn, practice yoga like none. So respect and concentrate on learning rather than criticism please 🙏

Stomach fat is where extra calories get stored just like bank deposit for future use. Only way to get rid of it is use out extra. No amount of yoga will help you get rid of that U must do cardio (for fat loss) and weight lifting (so that you do not loose muscle while you are loosing fat) and watch you eat (eat less calories than you burn). Otherwise there is NO way yoga will help you get rid of stomach fat.
You need three kind of exercise (all three to stay fit): 1. for endurance (eg cardio) 2. for strength (weight lifting) 3. Balance and flexibility (yoga). doing yoga might help your posture a bit and make you think you have lost weight but it would be just that you are sitting or standing better way than before not actually loosing any stomach fat. This fat will be the last to be used by body.

Breathing pattern advised in this video is incorrect.... Exhale when contract and inhale when expand.... In cat cow posture, breathing pattern was absolutely incorrect and impractical...

1st part where she moves her hands : Leave any control over your hands just as if they are lifeless and move your hands . Good warm up exercise
2. Exhale (and push ur stomach inside) and turn
3. Is self explanatory.
Stand and take 3 deep breaths NOW U R READY FOR EXERCISE!!
- Every disease starts from stomach -Ayurveda
Start :
1. Kriya - keep spine straight
Move in a circle with half of it (inhale) n other half (exhale) follow this rhythm.
Reverse (anti-clockwise)
Imp point : keep elbows straight
Minimum 2mins
3 deep breath
2. SUKH ASAN
Kapalbati - Digestion, metabolism.
Shining skull in Sanskrit.
- Just exhale air from your stomach (start from 2mins n slowly increase with every progressing day)
- 1 deep breath.
-START:
1 exhale air from stomach
Inhalation will be automatic from 👃 nostrils
10 -10 reps
3rd - Boat Pose
Slightly difficult asana
- palms should face the sky
- legs should not bend
10 secs -20 - 30 progress slowly.
(Lower belly)
4. Camel Pose
Bend your spine backwards
-exhale
-come up slowly
b)
Same posture
Rest Right hand on right leg n same with left
Come back slowly
5. Self explanatory
b) try n look up in dhanurasana
Swing forward n backwards , even sideways
Come back to your normal position !!
- To relax spine (counter stretch)
Cat posture
Exhale and look up
Inhale and touch ur chest with chin
6th : Marichi asan
For Side belly fat.
Posture : self explanatory
(Slowly you can get this level of flexibility, Go slowly dont rush)
All tension in spine n neck will be eased out
Diet to follow for belly.
-DO NOT EAT AFTER 7PM
-Do not Mix Raw and cooked food
Give 15 mins gap between both
- DO NOT DRINK WATER WHILE EATING
- Have PUDINA (for gas)
1 leaf after meals
- Raw Ginger (dont cook) - early morning

I have a hard time understanding what she says. I heard counting in English and then the rest I don’t understand. Luckily I understand the poses.
Madeline Cruz, Indian national television programmes are in Hindi, and in order to understand what she says, you have to know the language. I did understand whatever she said. There is a parallel programme in English too, but I am not sure whether anything on yoga is part of that. And as you understand from the comments, we are rejecting everything and everyone we suspect to be non-Hindu, and currently, we are showing our disapproval of China wearing a "boycott China" t-shirt that is made in China. :)
