Great video! I had no idea about this animated series project. As far as I'm concerned The Lost World was the last good Jurassic Park movie. I know in the 14 years from JP3 to JW, there was a lot of back and forth for a fourth installment, I think the first confirmed date was 2009 or so, and it was about human-dinosaur hybrids (horrible idea) Maybe you could talk about that in the next one...
To be perfectly candid, a video about Jurassic Park 4 is one I've wanted to do for a VERY long time. I just need to figure out how to do it since there's so many different unmade versions of Jurassic Park 4. Do I do it as multiple videos? Do I do it as one mega video? I really need to get on it. But I will say that some sort of JP4 video is 100% in the cards at some point. :) (And thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed the video!)
You know... I might write a screenplay a prequel animated series of Jurassic World that takes place back in the 2000's except it's gonna show not only how Claire was working but what adventures she had with her friends and dinosaurs that gonna have a lot of screen time.
I enjoyed "THE LOST WORLD: Jurassic Park", though I would have liked it more if we had an extended cut with all the deleted scenes restored and the unused music cues in their proper spots. I do know that it is impossible, but a guy can dream.
And we all know that Dreamworks would later be bought by Universal, and Camp Cretaceous was born! It always seemed like destiny that Dreamworks would make a Jurassic Park TV Show, but with no Shrekasaurus.
I’ve heard of this cancelled *gem* as well. The T-Rex/slug monstrosity in particular looks like something David Lynch would’ve cooked up for “Eraserhead.”
Fantastic work, been a while since I came to your channel. Have you ever thought bout doing a video on Darren Arronofsky's unmade Batman movie? The online script was pretty great.
It takes a lot making every episode, so I’m glad that you enjoy it! As for that Year One script- I will say, it’s something that I definitely think about a lot. I’m sure that sooner rather than later it’ll have it’s own video!
Thank you so much, I love making these videos. They're a total labor of love, so I love that you enjoy watching them as much as I enjoy making them! As for another Marvel video- all I'm gonna say on that is that there are already a few videos that are already in motion that aren't Marvel. BUT after those release, if you like Marvel (especially Spider-Man and his pocket of the Marvel universe), you should be VERY happy over the course of next few months ;)
Years ago I babysat some kids and they were watching some kind of Jurassic Park animated series and it didn't have mutant dinosaurs but it did have white cubes made of a substance that heightened the aggression of dinosaurs. Some time later I thought "Did the evil corporation in that show give coc@ine to dinosaurs?!"
Personally the current movies handled the dinosaur hybrid better, since they were able to make them look more believable as a dinosaur that could exist in the real world's fossil record, as supposed to the lab abominations in the concept art and Chaos Effect. Those just look too ugly and feel out of place for that kind of series. It's at least a tad more better than when they almost went with human dinosaur hybrids in the early draft for Jurassic Park 4/Jurassic World. Again the idea itself isn't a bad one, but I feel the execution made it feel too weird and too disordered.
The lost World film is light years above the other sequels. Idk how ppl can give it shit. The first film is classic yes but the lost World is more epic and well done than the others. JP3s pacing and writing was terrible. Jurassic world was ok and fallen kingdom was even worse but not as bad as JP3. The whole raptor longgrass scene and the trailers hanging off the cliff sequence were great. Yes parts of the San Diego sequence were goofy but they are literallt making an entire film about that with dominion.
Some body horror there, but I did knew about Humanoid Dinosaur hybrids

Well they kept the hybrid idea for Jurassic World.... Just not the human-dino hybrids plamned for JP4.

Another fantastic video

It might be interesting to go into the original Jurassic Park 3 and how it's cancelation messed up the ending of 2

What does S-Rex stand for? Slug?
That's exactly what it stands for. Admittedly, it's not the most creative name, but a functional one.
@@HemmasStudios_ love it
Much like the film itself, this sounds rather underwhelming in comparison to the first animated series pitch.

Awesome fucking video. Anything Pixar related coming soon? 👀👀👀
Oh man, you're definitely going to be happy with the next video ;)

Couldn’t agree more with pretty much every point.
