  • Steelers receiver George Pickens speaks to reporters after practice ahead of an NFL Week 5 matchup with the Dallas Cowboys at Acrisure Stadium. He explains his feelings on the offense's slow start in games and his chemistry with Justin Fields and how that has translated to game action so far. He also brushes off a question about his fumble in Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts, choosing instead to keep the focus on this week's opponent.

I think the org needs to talk to reporters about some of these questions. Asking “how does a fumble hurt the offense” is just an attempt at making the player upset, its not professional

Or he’s asking a real question, hang onto the ball instead of trying to be Superman, that play easily could have been the difference in the game, he also needs to stop emoting after every catch, he makes me want a defender to injure him for a few weeks to humble him up because he acts like a 🐱 out there

Don't know why fans and media focus on what ifs and what already transpired. It was an ENTERTAINING game. In the grand scheme of life who cares if they won. Personally I'd rather see wildly entertaining game that's close to the end then those boring slogs when we barely win.

As a professional athlete, you have to forget about those kinda errors and move on (learn from it of course, but don’t beat yourself up over it). The reporters constantly asking him about it when he’s prolly still a bit frustrated about it sure isn’t help the case at all

GP is good, he's not great!! He has dropped more passes in 4 games than he did all last year! One game doesn't make you a great player, one great play doesn't make you a great player, great players show up every game!! He's human and tried to make a play that failed, that's all!!!

@TimHard-r1p Feel you, but that’s not my point….,He thinks he’s great and should be mentioned as such, but he hasn’t done shit but make crazy catches in camp, he needs to be as great as he thinks he is when it counts! Let the fans call you great base on what you do week in and week out, coming in thinking you’re elite because you make great training camp catches doesn’t give you that title, humble yourself and continue to work to be what you already think you are, that’s all!!!
