yeah fastboot still has some function but it is very limited without the bootloader unlocked.

This video save my life. The TWRP in the phone is superslow and it press slot B in "reboot" on it self, I rebooted my phone using the power button and it stuck in the logo screen. I was scared I thought my phone is broken.

Am I totally screwed if my bootloader is locked and I have a boot loop on my pixel 7 pro? I can't switch the slots since it's locked and I can't flash any other image because it keeps failing saying it's locked.

You can always add sideload the latest OTA update to the device even with a locked bootloader.

Hi, thanks for the interesting info. I need to switch active slot to try to recover my phone, but it is locked and I've read that it would wipe my user data (which I ABSOLUTELY want to preserve). I've read that there is a way to unlock it without wiping the user data. Do you know of any way to do it, please? thank you !
