I love the fall-over chair gag, and I noticed around the 8:02 point you can see a small amount of pain when Peter accidentally hadn't thought a certain part through and hits his face on the drinks cart...! No bruising or cuts or anything afterwards though.... what a lad!!! Love him to bits!
It would be nice to hear Peter Kay out of character, but he doesn't seem comfortable when it gets serious. Not that there was much chance of that happening on this show.
