Neha in normal delivery constipation becomes a huge problem. Eating Gond laddo or just gond dissolved in warm milk helps massively in relieving the problem.

First of all congratulations for your 100k
I live in New Jersey , and in the month of Feb this year I delivered a baby , so in the hospital you don’t need anything, the hospital will provide you everything. I had a C-section. So I had little problem in feeding my baby. So you can take feeding pillow , documents charger and one cloth for you and baby which you will need in discharge time.

*Main 13 saal ki age se cooking kar raha hu...maine soch lia hu ki abb mujhe Chef hi banna hai but mere parents bolte hai ki Bawarchi ban ke kuch nahi kr paoge yeh sab faltu chiz hai... wo chahte the main bhi engineering karu apne bade bhai ki trah... mere bade bhai ne mujhe samjhaya and usi ne mujhe suggest kia ki apni skill dikhana hai to abhi se start ho jaao... Aap everything share karna..kuki kuch yese beginner hai jinke pass ladies backup nahi hai,like my wife,mere mom pass away hogi bhot pahle and mere wife ke ghar ka koi support nai hai..kuki ki step mother hai uski..so sis jitna ho sab share karna..abhi wife ke EDD June me hai.and ha aaj bhot hi achi content daali aapne wife ko bhot help hui hai ..take care urself 👍👍

Maam belly belt is not gud for hot climate region Wen u going to deliver in warm months.I asked my dctr ,she refuses to use it.she asked me to do simple exercises after 3 months to belly
