@@FocusPhotoSchool I totally agree. You have taught me so many things that I wouldn't have been able to learn on my own, and your teaching style is very understandable.
Thank you for showing how to work with nasks and copying all applied changes to another photo. Exactly today when I was editing photos I thought how cool it would be to paste the changes from one photo to another and here you came with help. Thanks a lot !
This was really really helpful 😍 however after applying my edits Snapseed is not allowing me to save the image so I tried this method and applied changes to new image but its still not allowing me to save the edited photo 😕 Any solution you suggest?
I think that I need more information before I can guess at what's going on here. First, are you working with an Android or an iOS device? Second, what type of file are you trying to edit inside of Snapseed from Google?
@@FocusPhotoSchool android.. I guess the snapseed doesn't allow to save heavily edited photos.. I edited that photo really heavily maybe that's why it wasn't allowing me to save it..!!
snapseed does say "can not save photo" a lot on Android phones. it has ruined and destroyed so much of my work because it won't save. and it's completely random, there's no reason for it. it's just an error in the snapseed program, i think.
For anyone else reading this 3 yrs. later having the same problem, Snapseed won't Save unless you give it permission to access ALL your photos. If you only have it set to "selected photos," it won't give you the 'Save' option.
Greetings Owen Warfield. Thank you so much for the interest and enthusiasm for our Snapseed Tutorials. I have a new lesson in mind and will hopefully get it recorded this week.
You can't copy and/or paste/delete with Snapseed. The menus in video don't even look anything like Snapseed, I think either this video is a troll or so out of date it's no longer useful.
This video was posted four years ago and you are correct that the user interface has changed since then. Google shifted the UX design around but the *copy and paste commands have not changed.* You can still find them in VIEW EDITS section of Snapseed beneath the three little dots symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.
I appreciate you taking the time to explore all these features and then share them with the rest of us. Thank You!
Thank you for the positive feedback. There are so many amazing features to Snapseed that do not get the publicity that they deserve.

Glad to hear that this lesson was helpful!
Great video 👌. Yeah you don't want to over do it on the detail section, especially if you zoom in or want to crop. Take it easy mate.
Great tip!thanks!

Have you added any new tutorials to your Snapseed class?

Yes - it's 4 years old, but here in 2024, I had no problems following along with this video and the current version of Snapseed at all.
