Sometimes prolonged fasting like 10 to 12 hrs make distended Gb. and ir is not a disease.
Repeat scan after 2 hrs of taking meal.
Ask Dr to measure size of Gb ,,and also try to visualize GB neck , to rule out any stone in neck.
