This whole album + weed + breathing exercises has been the cure to my panic attacks. I've had anxiety my entire life but recently I've had incapacitating panic attacks that feel like heart attacks. I just turn this tape on, specifically double scoop or skirt and start 4x4 breathing exercises and it alleviates most of my panic to a point where I can cope with it.
