Also I always wondered what T-Mac, Shaq, and Penny Hardaway would have been like together, I bet that would have been something to see
After Jordan, the slickest and smoothest to step on the court. I had the chance to see him live in 02 and he was silky smooth. Plus he's streaky AF, kinda like Klay. When his jumper gets going, look out! Never forget that Rockets game where he scored 13pts in 33 seconds!
Idc what anybody says. If this guy had Shaq it woulda been game over. He would have done exactly what Kobe did or more at 6'9. His defense doesn't get talked about cause he had to do everything offensively for those Magic teams. But he was a beast on both ends. He was blocking Kobe's fadeaway
Yeah TMac might just be the most underrated NBA player/scorer of all time. He had the complete belt of weapons as arsenal to him. Prime T-Mac was one of the smoothest scorers I've ever seen. He was an absolute stud. It's a shame Grant Hill couldn't stay healthy. They could've been a lethal 1-2 punch.
Two good wing players
since Grant was misdiagnosed he never be the same
Rafsan Shivaduta ?
@@tylerriley2587 he get misdiagnosed when he played in Detroit, once he played with bad ankle and affect him for the rest of career
This was the Era One Star Carried the team on his back every night
T Mac - Magic K.G - Wolves J. Kidd - Nets
A.I - 76ers Vince Carter - Raptors
Paul Pierce- Celtics
Ray Allen Milwaukee
Baron Davis - NO
Steve Francis - Rockets till Yao came …
J kidd has a good cast on offense with Martin & Jefferson who compliment his game. Then they have Kittles.
Tmac Kg Ai and Vince on the other hand really, they really need to iso a lot or exert extra effort.
Him and Vince Carter were the most impressive players since Jordan I’ve seen, had everything
till this day I have never seen a player like him at 6'8''-6'9'' with this type of handles, athleticism, mobility, scoring repertoire and feel for the game...
Paul George lol
@@johnniehutton3852 no yall be overrating paul george because he looks smooth on the court lol wasnt scoring like TMac at all.
Being a 90’s kid from Florida, Tmac was our very own Kobe 🐐
So effortless. So smooth. The game looked very easy for T-Mac, I’m not talking about Todd MacCulloch 😂😂😂
He was an animal this season so enjoyable to watch
T-Mac and Kobe were equals until the 2006 season. That's when Kobe separated himself from McGrady. Still, T-Mac would've been right there w/ Kobe had it not been for the injuries.
Facts
@@husqua5362 nah kobe was a better defender
@quinton cornelius Facts
@quinton cornelius Kobe was always better his talent pulled out more effectively as time went by Kobe had unlocked potential they didn’t
@@husqua5362 no the only time tmac was better than Kobe was the year tmac led in scoring
KD , Melo borrowed this man whole offensive package
This guy had to be the Coldest offensive player far as true skill I’ve ever seen .
Tmac is my one of my favorites! I liked how he was cookin a late MJ 🤣
Do you also like how he never got his team out of the first round EVER?...
AHMAD2423 u also like hating on a guy with scoliosis
Maxamillion711 thanks! Over 45 minutes of my favorite player growing up giving defense buckets in his best season to me is a gift. Was a HUGE T Mac fan.
for a couple years, tmac was the best player in the league
That reverse pivot. Became such a big part of my post game in 2001. He killed with that move night in and night out
There is some tough defense shown in these clips and yet he makes it look so smooth its crazy. Its a shame defense isnt promoted as much amymore
T-Mac - the definition of a three-level scorer. Damn his midrange game is WET!!
By the way McGrady put up these numbers with zone defense *AND* handchecking still allowed at the same time
Tracy McGrady was pretty dope
T Mac made a looot of tough shots.
Bro these shots would be 90% smothered in 2K🤣🤣🤣🤣💯
2:15
Yooooooo
So we just gon act like we didn't see him giving mike buckets!!! Had Mike out there guessin doing l
Slide drills. 😂😂😂
imo T-Mac is the greatest scorer ever, and if he hadn't suffered so many injuries he would have retired with the numbers to prove it. OMG was he fun to watch in his prime years, absolutely unstoppable and worth every penny you paid to see him.
The way he dribbles and shoots off the dribble it’s very reminiscent of Kevin Durant and I believe Kevin Durant modeled his game after Tracy McGrady
My senior year in high school. TMac was BALLING! I even had his shoes, black and blue
People don’t talk about this guy enough. In his prime, he gave Kobe a run for his money.
Watching these highlights it’s like TMac was playing a pickup in a 24hr Fitness. He made it look so easy
-39:41 It doesn't matter when McGrady has the Ball. My favorite Hooper of all time!!!
So fun to watch. Smooth handles and jumper combined with the explosion and length to attack the rim at will.
2003 MVP T Mac
The smoothest player i have ever seen beside MJ, one of my favorite!😍
02-03 TMAC was one of the 7-8 best offensive players of ALL TIME.
Ring or no ring,,, mcgrady was an amazing player. He had it all skill and basketball wise.
T-Mac footwork was crazy 😂😂🔥🔥🔥💯
T -MAC was so underrated another legend that don’t get the credit he deserves
He gets too much credit if anything. Accomplished nothing and is in the HOF.
Glad to witness the era of TMAC and KOBE, no more player can ever play the game like them, appreciate and respect. R.I.P KOBE, take care T-MAC.
One of the best scorer in the history of the game!
Needed this. Mfs need to see this. Do ray allen in Seattle if you ain't already did it
Yeah TMac might just be the most underrated NBA player/scorer of all time. He had the complete belt of weapons as arsenal to him. Stepback, dribble with both hands, footwork, 2 step fake in the post, triangle step fake in the post and a fade-away. Someone that I see potential in becoming a future T-Mac? Jayson Tatum
Crazy pull up game, elite back to the basket game, filthy face up game, impeccable footwork, insane athleticism + finishing ability, had range, great handle, polished mid range game. Dude is in that God tier of elite level scorers ever (MJ, Kobe, KD, Melo and him)
J. Hunnid 100% brother, you know what you’re talking about. ✊🏽
T Mac was a damn killer lol!
he' s in my top 20 all time.....
My all time favourite player! So smooth when he played!
