Joedale Keldo not really someone could make the team and feel like they only have to do the bare minimum to dance every performance auditions keeps them from getting lazy

I was thinking the same exact thing. How do you expect for the foundation a the team to be built if you are constantly taking out bricks that were already placed. Not to mention the fact that the only person who doesn't have to audition is the captin.
I think making the ladies tryout every week keeps them from getting complacent ....( omg she just said that after I typed it lol) but I agree it makes it hard for the team to grow cohesively. It’s a huge amount of pressure.....I also believe that what you want for a team is that they improve and show growth from week to week, which is hard to do if the team is changing every 7 days. I know the coaches do that so the ladies will always be on their toes and working hard but I also believe the only way to grow is to stumble ....you only learn not to fall when you fall. As a former competitive figure skater I always kept in my mind that if I didn’t fall I wasn’t trying hard enough. I disagree because you have to get comfortable with dancing with everyone on the team. If it keeps switching every week then that's a whole different energy/vibe of the other group that you've danced with. You have to be able to connect/ feed off of the energy of the person beside you. Then I think it's crazy how you're on the team but yet you have to audition to perform at the game. Yea it pushes you and motivates you to do better and go harder but it's like what's the point. That's like you're still auditioning to be on the team.
So how were they all late at the same time? Maybe I’m just not understanding 💀💀
Perhaps she made them all wait until everyone was out front so she can call them all out as a team.
I love coach smiley😁
I think the audition to perform but all of them are already on the team
Where was Kayla this episode?
Wait so is there an official dance line or do random girls audition every week and it’s a different set each week?? I get you gotta “check off” because who wants to put someone out there who don’t know the routine but I’m just confused on how this whole thing works.
The person tagged as Essence is Troie!!! That’s the wrong person
Kayla must not have made the team..😔😔
Is it just me or that isn't Essence at 7:06?
Cassidé Nurse it's Troie.. they messed up
