Jeff Williams did this(along with many on RUclips) he said this with "sand California sand) it had a bit more gold than you got. Out this way(California) gold is found in Granite. Good video.
where was this sand from? the location of the material is really important from what i hear.... i think the cali and Nevada sand from homedepot are the best
You had found more gold in the sands than what I was thinking. rock on 🤘 Just found your channel the other day and watched quite a few of your videos. I'm also residing in Georgia in the SW region close to the Florida line. I do have plans to visit up there in Whites county to pan for some nice shiny candy Would be cool to meet up some time if you're interested in showing another disabled noob around
I called the local "quikcrete" office and asked them where they sourced their sand. They said North Georgia, I said thank you. It must be a gold bearing area with gold bearing quartz veins.
You can "aim" that power-head either "upstream or downstream", Bro'‼️ Very nice attachment, for sure 👍😎Now, like everyone else who's done this, you hafta figure out what to do with the "Tailings"🧐🤨🤣😎
Tom Massey in one of the episodes of his show, gold fever, showed that he went into a hardware store and bought a bag of sand, ran it through a sluice box and found gold. The company that collects the sand and bags it is in the business of selling sand, not mining for gold..
I randomly met one of my viewers that works for the company that mines the sand. He told me they definitely do assays and are aware of the traces of gold. He ended up joining my prospecting club and finding his first gold that day.
In Georgia? I recently discovered that the Crisson mine sells all their crushed ore to sand vendors. The don't crush their ore very fine. They get out the bigger flakes for their customers and paydirt and sell the rest to sand vendors. That sand is loaded with gold.
Building sand or sand for children's playgrounds, there can definitely be gold in it. I've already tried these things. And was successful. But it's just a matter of proof. We won't get rich lol. Well done, pal 🤠🇩🇪👍
@Reptwar Banski it just so happens I work at a rock quarry here in the Atlanta area, and we've all been curious about our sand piles. On tonight's list of things for me to do is clean the build up out from under our sand belts. Some buckets of it are going home with me tonight.
Did it say on the bags where it's from? It is so cool that gold can be found in a bag of Home Depot sand, I would have bet money there wouldn't be any in there.
Hell yeah you gotta get a semi trash for that thing. Maybe get the raptor flare extension piece and use it as an extension for this and it’s basically a high banker. Cool video though!
Well of course your gonna find gold in sand. The thing is is it worth the time invested? Not if your looking to make money. If money isn't on the top of your list go for it and have fun. I have a yard with dense clay that probably has 2x as much gold but it's not worth the trouble.

Hello.
How many liters per hour does that water pump throuw?????
1100 gallons per hour. 4,200 litres.

Bought this in Athens, GA but not sure where it was quarried.
Pretty good result holy shit
That's great. I would have never thought of that. I liked the gator pic on the wall too.
It's a priceless oil painting. nfs you can't have it lol

That looks a lot like cement?
No, just all purpose sand. It's the same brand that makes cement mix though.
That’s an impressive amount of gold. Time to go buy some sand
Are you sure that's not concrete mixed with sand?
Yes I'm 100% sure. It's crushed granite and quartz.
Does this depend entirely on where you live? Are my chances absolutely zero if the sand is from a HD in Texas or Missouri?

I thought everybody had already seen Ask Jeff Williams' and Klesh's videos on Home Depot sand.

If you got that much just imagine what there collecting at the gravel pit.
Can't imagine it's not going through
a dry wash sluice before bagging.
The cost of that would be astronomical. Dirt is cheap, make it more expensive and Lowe’s will take over, which I shudder at the thought of.
I found gold in Walmart sand box sand, forgot to put the lid on and after it rained there it was.small flakes everywhere.

That was a great video. Did the bags say where the sand was from? I also wonder if you can buy coarser sand that maybe has chunkier gold.
I am reaching out to the Quikrete Atlanta office to find out where the sand came from and I'll let you know.

It depends on where the sand comes from sand that comes from California usely has some gold arzona as well good luck

It's not labeled with a location but I would assume somewhere here in Georgia. ass-u-me
@@goldiswhereyoufindit On the bag in the small print back bottom right, it'll tell you it was bagged in Georgia, but I don't think it gives a region.

I mixed all the sand in my garden lol

Sugar scoop gold miners ? Home Depot sand ?
You have a good chance if the sand is from northern Georgia.
The Quikrete office in Atlanta is basically right on the gold belt. I'm going to find out where it was quarried on Monday.
