Ligia Garcia I would turn off at night. If you are concerned about temperature then set to chill as it will make your start time quicker in the morning.
When it is turned off the water separates from the flavor and freezes to a block of hard flacky ice which in turn has to be broken down by the auger in the morning and sounds like the machine wants to break in the process...
You must let the water become liquid again by putting it in chill mode for 30-60 mins before turning off . Do not turn off when frozen unless you plan on removing all the ice and cleaning the machine to store overnight .
clicking humming could uld be compressor scraping or ice breaking sound could be the ice breaking off the cylinder when you first use it any squeaking or rubber chaffing sounds the rubber gasket that is between the augers and cylinder is rubbing. my bunn machine came with a lubricant i pit that on the rubber piece it made that sound go away
Yes but you need to keep the sugar content between 12 and 22%. The carbonation makes the drink super acidic, so in the machine it'll be super sweet once it goes flat (pretty much immediately)
We don't have any used machines available at the moment, you can check out website as we usually have a used equipment sale in the fall and again in the spring. These machines rarely sell for under $1000 used , unless they are in bad shape or for parts only.
i called and no one seem to know what i was talking about. there pose to call me back. also im in ky. i would love to but a use machine from you guys but im not paying 1000 for a use one maybe 4 or 5 hundred
For soda drink I use 1.5 L pepsi ,iam facing this problem the texture seems rough ..but if I use plain water with pepsi Syrup...then it looks perfect, the thickness I set to 10.
handy repair general I have a Taylor 341-12 frozen drink machine “look it up” and per 8.5 liters of soda, I use 4 cups of sugar. The sugar acts as an antifreeze to make the texture smoother. If you don’t want the hassle of dissolving the sugar in the cold slush, make simple syrup ahead of time by mixing 1 cup sugar to 2 cups water. For the simple syrup, use 8 cups per 8.5 liters of soda from the store.
sarnobat2000 , not familiar with the margarita girl. Yes the Bunn is expensive but as the saying goes buy once , cry once. It’s a very well made machine and will last for years!!!
You just might have helped me make my decision. I've gone back and forth about 6 times in the last 24 hours on which one to get. One more question - how big a difference is there between Bunn 34000 0079, 0080, 0081 etc? I am a bit worried about old inventory and am wondering if I should insist on the highest number (within a given price point). But the later numbers aren't on Amazon and I'd rather stick to Amazon (or at least EBay) rather than a site I've never purchased from before.
Thanks again, I really appreciate the quick replies. Each summer day that I'm sweating in my apartment is a day I wish I had purchased the machine by now.
You need the front seal, no one also tells you to lube all seals with “Haynes Lubri-Film sanitary lubricant”, this also seems to be a step that is often overlooked but very important. You can get it on amazon.
Only actual review of a machine helpful thanks!
Thank you we have this machine at our job for the life of us we couldn’t get it to freeze hopefully this works
Sorry I missed your suction seals which is very important and you didn't mention it would you like it?
What’s your website where I can purchase the liquids and also so I can find the recipe for the alcohol drinks
How about the front drum gasket
How is the bunn holding up?
What is the size of that large jug ?
Can you please tell me what is the quantity of syroup and water you have to put in one tank so it can be full? Can you refill while is working?.
Thank you for this video.
Where is your front auger seal between cylinder and auger?
Are you talking about the seal which you can see at 1:51 in the video? It is located between the cylinder and container.
If it is used daily should it be turned off at night or set to chill overnight and ice in the morning?
Ligia Garcia I would turn off at night. If you are concerned about temperature then set to chill as it will make your start time quicker in the morning.

Can you please provide where we can get the recipe to make this with alcohol.
What if the machine keeps forming ice build up on the exterior of the tank?
Through out the day there is a cliking sound, should I worry or is that the compressor turning on and off?
Ligia Garcia most likely the compressor, but that question would be better answered by the manufacturer technical support.
@@PartyTimeRentals thank you.

@@tisdale36 You need a brix of 13 to 15 (measure of refracted sugar) for the machine work properly. You cannot use diet products in the machine.
What if you want to make pop slushies? Can you just pour it in? or do you have have to add certain things to it?
Yes but you need to keep the sugar content between 12 and 22%. The carbonation makes the drink super acidic, so in the machine it'll be super sweet once it goes flat (pretty much immediately)

Do you sell the mixing jug by itself
Looking for mixing jug too
Please what's your website name?
Can you post link to recipes? Also at what point must it be refilled?
You can’t refill your machine until everybody at the party has drained it dry. Once this has happened, start from scratch.
went on the website but there's no alcohol slushie ingredients.
Get a blender..
you forgot the front shaft seal cover that goes under the auger and lube on front and back .
i called and no one seem to know what i was talking about. there pose to call me back. also im in ky. i would love to but a use machine from you guys but im not paying 1000 for a use one maybe 4 or 5 hundred

What's it like compared to Margharita Girl? I know the Bunn machine will do what I want but it's so damn expensive.

Sridhar Sarnobat go for the best bargain , don’t worry so much about the numbers. Get the best price point, all of machines will do the same job.

you are missing the front seal, that is going to cause product to leak inside unit
