- Our first time sailing on Oceania cruise line found ourselves in a Concierge Veranda Stateroom. Let us take you for a tour for our home for the 23-day transatlantic cruise from Rome to Miami.
Marina will be going into drydock May 2024 to refresh all cabins. Riviera had this done December 2022 and the upgrade was amazing! Rumor has it that Oceania will be adding the Aquamar Kitchen restaurant to Marina during the refurb. We sail on Marina this coming August.
We heard that as well. Getting ready to sail in the Vista for the next 25 days. Looking forward to that (and our Regatta coverage of our Singapore to Sydney cruise that we still have to edit. Ugh.)Thanks for watching!
@janandtraceytravels The refurbishment of Oceania Marina is complete, and the Penthouse cabins were the only ones to get completely refurbished. In the other cabins, the hard surfaces were basically untouched. That's disappointing for a 13 year old ship. However, Oceania did add the Aquamar Kitchen restaurant on Marina. Fortunately, Riviera got a wide range of its cabin classes refurbished, including bathrooms in 2022. Their next ship (Allura) won't arrive until 2025.

There's one thing Vista has that Riviera and Marina don't have. It's a nice canvas cover over the outdoor part of the Terrace Cafe. Those umbrellas don't cut it when the sun is beaming directly down on you while you're trying to eat lunch.
Are there multiple usb plugs in the room?
Actually, there were no USB plugs. We try hard to point out all of the outlets in our tours--there were no USB outlets to highlight.
could you hear your neighbors closing their closets and drawers?
Don't remember that being an issue for us. Had you had this issue on an Oceania ship?
