A rematch only makes dollars and cents. To the logical mind and to the most objective boxing enthusiasts out there, you know that a simple step up to a weight class that BOTH MEN are most comfortable at, will not be enough to move the needle in determining whether the fight will be more competitive. It’s just not common sense. UNLESS, Errol goes back in time, perhaps with a different trainer and enhances specific skills which will translate outside of walking opponents down, he’ll never beat Bud. Stylistically it’s just a BAD BAD matchup for Errol and the recent dismantling he endured, coupled with life choices and previous unfortunate accidents, there’s no way any smart human being will be as enthusiastic to spend PPV money to watch this fight again, given the manner at which the first fight occurred. Though I feel NO ONE is beating Bud anytime soon, I can make the argument, though I’m against the Boots fight because he needs to prove himself against better COMP, a fight with Bud will gross more than a rematch with Errol. Maybe it won’t be the case of “better the devil you know, than the one you don’t “ but a showdown with Boots would draw intrigue and that’s where the rematch with Errol will fail. NO INTRIGUE. Bad business, outside of a hope and a prayer, that it’ll break box office again for the SUITS.
He is not gonna fight him again . He might retire you notice he said he said that Spence said that after the fight. When he had just lost. And probably felt embarrassed.
Question: If you're Spence's trainer and there's 1 day left in his suspension, for the next 2 months what would be your point of focus? And would you stay in Dallas for the training? Remember he has $25M and getting probably at least that much more in the rematch, so he can basically wild out on whoever he wants to bring in or whatever he wants to do.
I would focus on nothing other than family and contemplation. He needs a good amount of time to correctly assimilate what's happened to him, the good and the bad. Without it, he comes back to soon and gets outclassed again. To me, Errol is better than that night. He may not win in a rematch, but he will at least have a chance at making it look competitive if he cares for his mental health first in a real, mature and considerate manner.
@@tellitlikeitis8691 I agree, he's better than that. And all of his great performances definitely outweighs 1 loss. And coming from a fan of the sport, boxing wouldn't be the same without him, but his health and family definitely should come first.

That man in the mirror at the end of the day. But as far as the loss. It's a fact, it's just 1. And I don't like bringing Mayweather in to every other scenario, but the same would go for him, if he was to lose 1, it would only be 1. And though that 1st loss is the hardest to take, it's also the one that reminds you, not to slack off in training, to stay focused, don't become complacent. I think in Errols case, he became complacent with where he was in his strength and conditioning, the power department, He should have upgraded, this was the biggest fight of his career. Just cause he made it to that point didn't guarantee him the win. I think that was the same thing that happened to him in the Olympic finals. Deja vu. Bud would have had more of an issue fighting Danny or Pac-Man at 147 because their styles would make it more difficult for him. He’d still win but it would be more competitive . I just don’t want to hear any EJ excuses
Espinoza talks out of both sides of HIS MOUTH. Why should Crawford WAIT????? No Crawford should HOLD then to the contract, as THEY WOULD HAVE FORCED THAT ON CRAWFORD. Honor the Contract Espinoza Honor the Contract
MCgregor was right about him...a straight weasel
contract? Bud doesn't have any obligation to fight Spence after December 31st.
@@joesaiditstrue Crawfords contract calls for the recmatch but like you pointed out that expires on Dec 31st. What a weasel Espinoza has. I hope Bud says NO Extensions
Why you mad? Let Bud whoop him again & get paid
@@UnKnown-nq5hj hahaha You are right
I’m a spence fan and I say do not get back in the ring with that Crawford fellow. The accident and eye is too much of a burden on spence. It’s over. I don’t want to see the rematch
Spence performed well against Garcia and Ugás after the accident…
Funny how now it's all about the car crash and the eye injury, when up to the moment the bell rung in the Crawford fight, Spence fans thought he was going to win. Why wasn't the crash and the injury issues in the Garcia or the Ugas fights?
@5:24 Was that shade on Spence? I’m not surprised Crawford won? 🤔
How is that shade? He said he wasn't surprised Crawford won in a 50/50 fight
Let go Rematch let go spence i don't change spence still big fish 💯💪
I’m surprised he hasn’t ducked any questions
Basically he said boots not ready yet and it’s plenty other good ppl he can fight because he haven’t been tested yet
Spence vs Costano (for the belt they strip Mell of), Bud vs Boots(UNLESS Thurman can get a win before Oct.) then do this rematch !!! Next, Bud gonna win again probably easier
Tszyu is #1 for the WBO belt, they’re taking away from Charlo. Spence didn’t have the WBO belt at 147 to begin with or any WBO belt. I doubt the organization will give him that shot for a belt at 154. Tzsyu is younger, undefeated, undamaged. The boxing game is unforgiving & moves on.
When Stevie E is getting ready to lie he squints first. lol JK
Weasel espinoza 😅😅
Crawford is a damn good clean boxer. No drank no smoke just boxin man. Spence has faced things that would make us never the same. I am a true fan of boxing, Just a fan. I figured it would be combat. I never seen crawford hit anyone that hard. I never seen spence take that much damage. I never seen crawford beat anyone that bad. I never seen spence look so weak and slow. Just a strange fight on both ends. I had crawford on the cards no doubt about that. I just though spence would give crawford some damage. This did not live up to the hype. It was strange to me. I was nervous for both men.
Sounds like a big pay cut for Spence
its call his handlers are cashing in on him. they protected spence for all these years. and now the gig is up. they just gonna end his career now and get the most money they can instead of having him fight a bunch of other people for far less money.
It’s time for his health means more than him entertaining clowns
It was never a 50/50 fight. I've been saying this for ever, more like 75/25 or 80/20 I knew Crawford was going to make it look easy.
But after the fight, it was really 90/10 or 98/2 Lmmfao 😂
Crawford is a complete fighter, whereas Spence is a one dimensional, come forward fighter with no footwork and no head movement.
Boots is the #1 fight boxing fans want to see
There is no need for a rematch, and then the result of the first match was the worst for ESJ safety
For all the idiots saying they don’t want to see the rematch, DON’T WATCH, so when it officially does happen I expect the fight to do little no views right? I can’t wait to watch because we know that Spence always comes back better than ever and he has proven beforw he has tools to his game and just like Spence was off that night, you never know this time around Crawford maybe off that night. Boxing is unpredictable.
Showtime are not feeding boots to Crawford that’s a fact😂😂
Mad that bud been goin around making the rounds😂
Bud should be looking at fighting in Saudi. Dude will get paid big for another super fight. They know who he is now.
Still waiting for Spence parade
Weasel.
Crawford will honor his contract. Spence is a warrior. If he checks out, it will happen at 154.
Who would want to be beat down like that again?
😂
WOULDNT PAY TO SEE THE REMATCH I THINK TBUD HURTS SPENCE WORST AT #154 BRING ON THE CHARLA TWINS
I'll pay for it because it rewards both fighters
My thing is was it lingering injury’s when he was killing Ugas & Danny to stationary bums???? Had he won non of this would be talked about
No point of rematch other than money
Whats best for his health is to stay on his side of the street lol
Y’all silly don’t know contracts, it doesn’t matter what y’all fans want there will be a rematch next per-contract details smh 🤦🏾♂️ casuals. Y’all act like y’all don’t know Spence wasn’t his self yall crazy
Derrick has to much going on and it’s affecting Spence and frank and will see with charlo 💯
Sugar Ray lost to Durian. And Came Back Stronger. The Big Fish Spence is the Real Deal and it is Get Back Time Run it Back at 154 let’s Go Let’s Get🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Haha but Spence ain't no Sugar Ray
Spence is getting retired in December.
Buds been smashed by plenty of people and dropped by much less, if Spence comes in healthy it could easily go a different way
@@illwill8541
Make sure you bet your rent check on Spence.
Everyone was hyped when this fight was signed and i remember Everyone saying "wow this might be a 3 fight trilogy" and now people don't want a rematch? Smh. I'm consistent. I would love 3 fights between the best. Bud vs spence
I think cause of how one sided the first fight was people changes their opinions on that …no one saw that coming. Even the people that picked Bud to win. They didn’t think he would be that dominant.
@mozi317 I picked Bud to win, but my heart wanted Spence. I never thought it would be an one sided ass whooping from either one. I still want the rematch. Maybe the rematch will be the fight we all believed it would be. A closer fight with Bud edging ahead.
People don't want the rematch because the first fight was a massacre
Espo said it without saying it. His big opinions in his camp don’t want the rematch right away, and they don’t want it in December. And they are discussing other possible alternatives.
It’s ok! But you have to acknowledge THE MOST HIGH First and foremost baby
Bud Awesome performance Now Run it Back All The Real ones Come Back and the Big Fish Spence is the Realest It’s Get. Back Time Run it Back at 154 let’s Go Let’s Get it🐋🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Never seen so many bud fans until he fought Spence. Then they all act like boxing experts 😂 this shit crazy
Please NO REMATCH! And I’m a Bud fan but I like Spence and don’t want em to get hurt like that
Okay, so David Avanesyan isn't suing him he has a petition against the commission. What Tyson Fury's manager is accused of doing has nothing to do with boxing. If you wanna highlight Bud Crawford's relationship with him then you gotta talk about Errol's relationship with known Drug dealers/ Rappers Yella Beezy and Trap Boy Freddy. When Bud wins the rematch what will be the play/ script then because nobody would wanna see a trilogy.
Crawford could act a fool and say he only fighting at 154 unless he get a 30 million dollar guarantee
😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@AliFrankTheTank Why would Crawford give Errol a advantage? Crawford could of agreed to fight Errol immediately after he beat Ugas but he wanted Errol to be inactive.
@@timothytaylor9835 Bud, i’m sure, doesn’t think going to 154 is advantage for Errol.
@@AliFrankTheTank 154lbs is a advantage for Errol because it's a non title fight so Errol could come in 156lbs at the weigh in instead of 154lbs and just pay the fine.
Who does Spence thinks he’s fooling
It was already in the clause. Derrick James and PBC made certain of it.
Even they knew the possibility of Errol
losing is why they pretended to behave
like it was Errol’s idea. 🙄
I would not be interested at all, whatever weight they fight. The fight was not even close. Usually when fights are thrilling and close a rematch is warranted. This was not one of them.
there's zero question, crawford just on a different level
just like haters didn't want bevol canelo rematch, there should not be bud errol rematch at all, it was a one sided whooping, errol got taken to school on a stretcher not even close, tank v cruz deserves more of a rematch.
Crawford will knock him out again, no doubt about it!
They should give Thurman a tune up fight, Spence vs Thurman, Crawford vs Thurman will be big!
I'd say, make Thurman vs Ennis, winner can definitely challenge Spence or Crawford and it will be a huge boxing match up!
What's best for Spence is for him to stay away from Terrance Bud Crawford.
TBH I wouldn't even bother with the rematch I would just move on!
What is the absolute BEST outcome for Spence in a rematch a third fight with Crawford? lol
Ima a ESJ fan but a boxing fan in GENERAL. With that being said TC won that fight easy. Errol has to learn how to adjust that one way of fighting is not gonna win against Crawford.
The Weasel! Conner said 😂😂
Spence just wanted the bag
Yup definitely!
I'm a Spence fan and I would love if they fight in the Spring. I want them both healthy and for us fans to get the best of the best.
nah dude Crawford wasted enough time with spence in his career... no one even wants the rematch
@@secretaryofstate1 neither have a belt at 154. Bud can continue to fight. I'm saying for Spence's health HE shouldn't fight until Spring.
@@MellowsPlay right for SPENCE’S health… Crawford wasted nearly 5 years waiting for the Spence fight.. he’s almost 36 and doesn’t have time to waste… Spence should drop the rematch tbh

@@secretaryofstate1BS.
Crawford ducked Spence for 5 years.
Spence made the fight happen.
Crawford finally fought him because he grew into 147 while watching Spence outgrow it. Spence was drained and lethargic.
Nobody asks about when Thurman fighting...and is fighting bud or Spence or Ugas
No belts on the line at 154 Spence has nothing to gain heal up
He should be a politician for real. I can't believe how relaxed he is while lying and looking at the camera. He annoys me and creeps me out as bad as Mauricio Suleiman as soon as he opens his mouth
I don't want to see that landslide again.
He is not gonna fight him again . He might retire you notice he said he said that Spence said that after the fight. When he had just lost. And probably felt embarrassed.
December is way too early for spence
Errol need to relax enjoy his vacay and family. Don’t take another beating like that
Question: If you're Spence's trainer and there's 1 day left in his suspension, for the next 2 months what would be your point of focus?
@@renavarges3852man, if Floyd loss like that..y’all wouldn’t be saying “it’s just one loss”…that was a savage vicious beating. Bud said he felt sorry for Errol around the 6th. That was before the other two knockdowns in the 7th.
@@Ishbikes As many guys as Errol has sent to the medic after a fight, why is Buds consciousness so full of whoa. I ain't got time to feel sorry for another fighter whose been itching to whoop me just as bad. Its obviously something on Buds mind, but he has to deal with that. Deja vu. He relyed on everything that got him to that point, but it usually takes doing a little bit more, to get you beyond it.
@@renavarges3852 well Bud felt bad for him because he realized Errol couldn’t defend himself properly in the 6th. Bud even stated the towel should’ve been thrown in the 6th

I believe spence should take a fight at 154 before the rematch........let crawford fight thurman or boots....then let crawford go up to 154....
If Spence takes another fight and loses... The rematch will not happen & Spence would have lost for way less money... Spence will most probably wait it out for the $$$ with Bud and then retire... Who knows 👍
Charlo busy. So if spence rematch doesn’t happen next who does bud fight then? He’s gotta stay busy. He says he doesn’t want Boots.
Bud fought once in 2020, once in 2021, once in 2022, and just fought. Bud just had a big payday, worldwide recognition for the being the top fighter of the sport. Crawford doesn’t need to keep busy 😂 unless the Spence rematch is there, Bud can wait for Charlo to come back at 154 after the Canelo fight

Taking a tuneup is a big risk…may lose to a lesser fighter and blow the bag.
Rematch come on it wasn't even close
I believe it’s smoke and mirrors with this Spence vs Crawford rematch…Spence don’t want no more of that at no weight class… it’s like everyone is talking for Errol but when it die down it’ll go back to being quiet
No rematch is needed but if it's a rematch Mayweather and Hamon lose money on this deal. Bud will most definitely put Erroll Spence Jr into retirement. Spence Jr doesn't have that many smart people in his camp whom Care for his well being and his family frfr.
Boots don’t deserve it he’s not worth anything yet , he needs to move on from 147 or fight Tank Davis at a catch weight
It was never a 50/50 fight
I believe Spence stayed at 147 too long 54 isn’t enough he’s a middleweight now he should only take the fight to prove he was drained by weight cut
In other words. “Spence wants to be retired in the ring” 😅
Spence get a tune up while bud fights Tszyu
Steven Espinosa, step your game up and make Canelo fight the big boys in the 168 pound division
The rematch will be different at 154lbs besides making more money than the first fight.
Outside of money no real need for a rematch.
Spence want that get back. Imagine he win, trilogy
Spence was drained
Spence was drained
Spence was drained
I want to see a rematch
There’s no Spence wasn’t drained at 147
He was and no one can tell me anything different!!
If Crawford says he’s a better fighter than Spence, let him move up and fight Errol, then I ll give him the title of the greatest fighter of this era!!
If he can do it at 147, then am sure he can do it at 154 too or?
Yeah but Spence and trainer claimed he had the best nutritionist. Why was he just drained for Crawford and not Ugas or Garcia? The reality is that Bud toyed with Spence and made it look easy!
The fight was so lopsided how does himself or anyone else not feel like a rematch could be catastrophic for Spence. December is too soon. Bud will give no quarter in the ring so he could end Spence's career or worst. It has happened plenty of times before.
On a more superficial level the fight was so lopsided how does Spence feel he deserves a rematch. Bud wants a competitive fight and so do fans.
