Ryan was suspended for not reporting his supplements by the specific deadline. Because it was decided that he had a tainted supplement.
So the punishment was because of missing the deadline and not the test result because it did not give Ryan ANY enhancement.

That’s not how the law works. Maybe in the UK is does but in America it doesn’t. It’s a no contest because it was an unfair fight because the rules weren’t followed. What are the consequences for that? Fines and suspensions set forth by BOXING. That’d be like an NFL team suing another team because they lost a game to a team who had a player that tested positive for a banned substance in. The NFL has rules and consequences for that. PED’s aren’t illegal, there were no laws broken. This lawsuit is frivolous and u know it. What about sprinters that lost to other track stars like Marian Jones? She gets stripped, and suspended but the other sprinters don’t sue. U can’t prove that you’ve been damaged. The worst that happened is you lost… you could’ve lost without them using PEDs so you haven’t suffered any irreparable damage. It don’t work like that bro
