Spence is not as quick as Crawford in both footwork and hand speed, and the same can be said when comparing Terence Crawford to Jaron Ennis. While many may view Ennis vs. Crawford as a "50/50 _that would be a misnomer if ever there was one. While both boxers have a 74" reach, the advantage shifts to quickness of foot and hand speed. You'd be lying to yourself if you thought Terence Crawford could match hand speed and footwork with Jaron Ennis. As far as experience goes; imagine how a Varsity Letterman feels when he loses his position to a Freshman....js

I think Ennis may or may not get a chance with Crawford, but like Frazier and Norton and Canelo and Manny, we fans can not fight their battles in the media if they never fought one another. In this case, it is Ennis and Spence. I think a match of those two would be more entertaining and may boost Spence's confidence. The winner of that may or may not be able to take on Crawford. Put it this way. If Spence can make 20 million fighting Ennis and 25 million fighting Crawford, I'd advise him to fight Ennis.
