Horowitz or Van Cliburn couldn't have played that better....for that matter, I doubt Mendelssohn could have played it better. Your technical skill is amazing...every note so clear and precise. Yet, it was played with feeling and touch. You are amazing my friend. I think this was my favorite piece that you have played.... absolutely amazing. As always, all my love to you and your family.

A show piece I believe, but not easy to master. Again the playing is polished, and for someone so young, unbelievable. What this young man could achieve over his career is something to look forward to.

What a wonderful performance! Elisey, you are magic! And what a remarkably fine composer Mendelssohn was, beautifully crafted compositions! this is so very beautiful!
Such a talent! You make it seem so easy yet anyone with a piano background knows how much work it takes. With seemingly effortless motion, your fingers dash across the keys with such delicate movement and great dynamic changes. Oh the joy of listening to you perform! Makes one want to get the day started with a flurry.
Thank you for this exciting work! It’s one I shall use for my music classroom to express a very fast tempo to my students! Maybe vivaci, who is represented by a bee to my students.

Un tourbillon de notes qui nous entraîne sans qu'on reprenne notre souffle et pourtant Elisey, lui, ne se laisse pas emporter, il reste maître à bord, c'est lui qui semble créer le mouvement à sa guise. Voyez comme il prend même le temps de retirer sa main gauche de temps en temps et de la ramener juste à temps. Très fort ! Fluctuat nec mergitur
