  • My process making Harvestright freeze-dry keto cooked eggs. They take a little bit of time to make but it is all worth it. They taste just like I just cooked them when you rehydrate them. I can't wait to take them out hiking and camping.
I have no connection to the people at Harvestright, I just really enjoy their product. You can take a look at their products at the following link:

Please let me know what you think. If there is something that you would like me to freeze dry and show you feel free to ask.
    Have an amazing day!

Great video and I don't use that word often. You gave most of us what we are looking for in a instructional video. God Bless Keep making videos like this

Another way to preserve eggs, you can preserve them raw/uncooked in water and powdered lime that you buy from the hardware store. They will keep for a year or longer. There are RUclips videos in this. It’s very easy.
You simply need fresh unwashed chicken eggs to preserve.

You should try watermelon or honeydew melon, or cantaloupe

Any reason not to fully season and prepare it prior? If you are doing this for emergency or camping, sure cuts down on the complexity...

Good video. Maybe edit out all that stirring. So loud and long. Do you not warm it up to eat or is tap water warm the way to cook it up?

What the longest these have stored? With the butter I would think only a couple of months.

I'm not sure how long they will store. I'm hoping it will be at least 10 years if not more. I will be making more a little different way to try.

This is the question I've been searching an answer too for awhile. Nobody knows as it's one of the biggest mysteries of our age.

Can you just save it as is out of the dryer and rehydrate them the way they are?

  • @fionmor4893

I wonder if you just left it as scramble if it will re hydrate the same?

Yeah that was weird. I do keto and I freeze dry. I did my scrambled eggs cooked, seasoned and topped with shredded cheese melted. I then freeze dried it and ate as a crunchy snack or breakfast on the go. it's delicious just need to drink a ton of water. I also freeze dry the scrambled raw eggs those I do powder up, reconstitute and then cook.

It was early in my freeze drying. Blending allowed it to rehydrate fully and faster. I no longer blend it up. Working out different ways to combine it all.
