This is an amazing interview. It's great to get to learn the backstory of my team's QB early in his career. Been a Packers fan for almost 40 years and I've never felt more optimistic about the future of the franchise.
28:30 its cool how he talks about the superman plays he made in College because that was one of the very few knocks on him going into the NFL. And sometimes it’s hard for QB’s to not feel that way, but it goes to show how good the evaluation of him was, when even he knows and admits it himself. That 49ers game gave me more hope than any other previous 49ers game as a Packers fan, besides the one where we won in the regular season and Rodgers & Davante kept destroying them on the last drive. I have faith in this team for once. The youngest playoff team in NFL history I believe, yet they showed THAT much poise, heart, fight, etc. Its very promising and I was shocked to see that from such a young and inexperienced team.
I think alot of it comes from the QB too. Whatever energy the QB (leader) exudes, rubs off on everyone around them. And while I obviously think AR12 was probably a good leader, they have different styles and I think something about Jordan Love just resonates more with more people in that locker room, coupled with the fact that everyone is SO young that it helps their mindset.
How many fans were sooo anxious about JLove at the start of the season and now are so proud of him! It feels sooo good like he could excel for GB for the next 10 years, All you need is Love!
Sure glad he is a Packer! I was thrilled when we drafted Jordan and was shocked to discover how angry all the fans I knew were. It was the same thing when the Packers drafted Aaron and I won bets because I said it was going to be like Montana to Young. The difference was Jordan"s arm talent was much more evident in college than Aarons was. It has to continue but Jordans teamates love him the way the Lomardi Packers loved Bart. The Packers pulled off that drive to win the Ice Bowl because of Bart. The offense had done nothing the whole 2nd half but when they huddled up before that drive Bart looked them all in the eye, nodded and said, "let"s go". Someone who was in that huddle told me that in person 25 years ago. It appears Jordans teamates trust him the same way. If he stays humble and hungry the Pack is going to be Back on top.
A few weeks after he was drafted I went and watched highlights from Loves second last college season, before he lost 70% of his offense for his last year........he was lights out jn his 2nd last year. I was convinced after that
I honestly didn't know what to expect when the Packers drafted him. Never even heard of the kid. He has been calm, patient and professional waiting for thus opportunity. When he almost brought us back against the eagles, I knew he was ready or would be the following season. I believe Love!
That's my QB💚💛🧀 I'm so proud of him and everything he's accomplished thus far. I wish nothing but the absolute best for him! I know his future is going to be very bright Go pack go

You GO Jordan!! Go Pack Go!!
To be fair, as a big ol' packer fan, its been really fun to be proven dead ass wrong by Rodgers and now Love. What an emotional roller coaster! I hope i keep being wrong for the rest of my life!
Thank you for having Jordan Love on the Pivot. Not only is he a really good QB, but he seems to be a really good person. I was disappointed that no one mentioned Aaron Jones. Josh Jacobs was mentioned a couple of times, and he is replacing Jones who has been on the Pivot and had an outstanding game against the 49ers. Please continue to give people their flowers, even if it's just mentioning their accomplishments.
I swear there isn't a better franchise at picking quarterbacks than the Packers. Jordan Love on his way to greatness in the NFL and he had a hell of a year. Another one fellas 👏🏾👏🏾
What makes you say that? Most franchises have had multiple good quarterbacks. Plenty have multiple Super Bowl qbs. I agree it’s a history but the packers are a historical franchise but same story with Steelers 49ers patriots etc.
@@Rodnyetthat's not even counting the Holmgren era backups behind Favre that list was insane of QBs that went on to be starters on other teams even today most of the front office staff comes from that Ron Wolf era tree of the 90s still.
Impressive list of backups? Who are we talking about! The packers didn’t draft Farve? He came from Atlanta. Love hasn’t done anything. He won a playoff game. Patriots drafted Bledsoe number 1 and went to a Super Bowl the. Had Brady for 6 rings. Montana to young now Purdy. Alex Smoth etc. they drafted those guys. Denver had Elway and Manning and drafted Cutler who could have been good too. I mean it’s just a broad statement and I get being excited as a fan. My Steelers drafted Bradshaw 1 overall and won 4 then Ben won 2 and now we have Wilson who has a ring and MVP but we didn’t draft him. My point is teams like Steelers, Packers, 49ers will always have good quarterbacks. Maybe down years but historically have been good at building contenders.
Can’t believe they didn’t ask anything about Jordan training with Drew Brees & UFC legend Dominic Cruz that was a wild combination of athletic people in that picture 😅

MAN I LOVE THIS MAN THANK YOU GUTE FOR BRINGING THIS MAN LOVE HIS STORY CANT WAIT TO WATCH HIM FOR YEARS
CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, Jordan Love and Jaylen Daniels all brothas from Cali that will be the next-generation great/better than good QB's....👍🏾🤜🏾🤛🏾✊🏾✊🏾
Bro Bryce young from Philly 😂
@MuwopDuwop Sure, homeboy, just like michael jordan's from New York🤣😂🤣😂😂😂. I didn't say Bryce was born in Cali, but he's damn sure is from Cali,
Young was born on July 25, 2001, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[1][2] He later moved to Pasadena, California, where he lived for most of his adolescence.[3][4] Young attended Cathedral High School in Los Angeles and transferred to Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California, in 2018.[5]
@@lakerraiders9285 exactly he’s from Philly thanks for proving your own point 😂🤡
@MuwopDuwop We know what he claims, where he get his game from and what state put him on the map. Yall bulls, stay with the bullshitt.... Everybody know y'all from home of the twitter fingers 🤣😂🤣😂!!
Couldn’t be happier that he’s the QB of the Packers. Great person to root and cheer for. He’s gonna be a great face of the org and can’t wait to watch him grow! GO PACK GO!
Go hawks!
Never knew much about him, seems like a genuinely good dude!! As a packers hater I’ll root for Jlove
Man his first year starting was SO impressive. Even in the slump we had, I still saw some gifted at the position. I was so happy to see him click in mid season. You usually don't see that happen during the season. So happy for him and his upcoming success. Much Love
Facts
The question asked at minute 29 was one of the best I’ve ever heard. Unbelievable analysis RC.
Jordan Love is the GOAT🔥🔥🔥
As a jets fan I’m looking forward to having Jordan on the team in 2038! He seems like a good dude.

Tom Clements...and I agree
Absolutely 💯
My QB!!! So proud of the man and player he is. Packers are such a blessed organization. Let's go LOVE!! 💚💛🏈🫶
Wouldn’t want anyone else playing QB in Green Bay. How can you not like this dude?
What a tremendous young man. Thanks for helping him share his story.
Well...off the top, J. LOVE, established that he most certainly will carry on the PACKERS tradition of being a cowgirls Killer!!!...pulled up in Dallas and put up 50(48 points) on ' Dakota ' and crew of girl scouts...Str8 like that!!!
Only 5 minutes into this and I’m fully in tune hearing another side to my quarterback! In Love we trust go pack go 🙏💪🏻
J-Love is the truth! I like him better with the fro though.
No competition on who is the best QB in the NFC North. I could argue best QB in whole NFC, but I will save that for another day.

@@bangbangninergang5133 BAHAHAHAHA PURDY 😭😭😭 be serious lil bro
y’all are fucking insane to say he’s the best in the nfc
@@densonjcI think it’s Jordan love jalen hurts Brock purdy in any order . I’ll be adding Caleb Williams to the list shortly
@@Yungbigdawg65maybe I just think Caleb gets too overwhelmed and pressure gets to him too much
It’s awesome to see more of Jordan’s personality now
This is an amazing interview. It's great to get to learn the backstory of my team's QB early in his career. Been a Packers fan for almost 40 years and I've never felt more optimistic about the future of the franchise.
Bears fan here, but much respect for Love. Over 4 decades of GB QB's dominating the NFC North.
Put ya Heart❤s in the Air for the Heir to PackersThrone!!!!!!!! Heir Jordan❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great questions, great answers! What a pleasant, grounded lad Jordan Love is.
Back to Back bangers from Pivot
How many fans were sooo anxious about JLove at the start of the season and now are so proud of him! It feels sooo good like he could excel for GB for the next 10 years, All you need is Love!
J Love is the best of both worlds
❤ Go Pack Go!!! Jordan Love is truly the Leader of the Pack.
"You get manicures?!" 😂😆😂
It was so damn random 😂😂
I was convinced after that
Go Pack Go! All we need is 10ve!
I honestly didn't know what to expect when the Packers drafted him. Never even heard of the kid. He has been calm, patient and professional waiting for thus opportunity. When he almost brought us back against the eagles, I knew he was ready or would be the following season. I believe Love!
Hes made for the nfl the calm demeanor the decision maker the humbleness
That's my QB💚💛🧀 I'm so proud of him and everything he's accomplished thus far. I wish nothing but the absolute best for him! I know his future is going to be very bright Go pack go
I’m so happy for Jordan!! I’m so happy he’s grown into this and I cannot wait to see how he follows up next year!!
Loved this podcast! Jordan is exceptional on every level.
Ryan is a great interviewer and super articulate. Love the other guys too.
Not going to lie. I had to fight all kinds of people to that packers were going to be fine. I believe. Not when you got drafted was pissed but when rodgers walked off that last game i seen enough to know we needed to have you behind center. I believe brother. Go Pack Go!!!
Agreed, at the time I was mad we didn't go all in for Rodgers but now I'm glad we got love
Great interview, excited to see what the future brings with this kid glad he’s with us All you need is 10ve
I think this guy is a miracle. I’ve never seen a new starter explode and go from beginner to superstar overnight like Jordan Love.
Imma need all this love for Jordan once the season starts. Don’t lose faith.
Happy for him!
As a chiefs fan
He was fun to watch last year & I can’t wait to see what The Packers look like this season!
Omg The Dallas game was amazing to see y’all blow them out!!
He’s got a great attitude, holds himself well, humble, motivated he’s going to be a great leader
What a stud, this past year he brought out all the emotions in me. Cant wait for Jordan Love to be a household name. Go Pack Go!
I know this, Fred Taylor will always be my absolute favorite GATOR....ever! The mirrored visor bro!!
🐊
Jordan love is going to continue to be great. Excited for the Packers!
Can't wait to see my QB1 gettin' it done again this year!! What an amazing season last year watching mature into a leader and seeing all his teammates falling in line and having his back at every turn!! I've been a Packer fan since I was born is '67 (My Mom's first game was "The Ice Bowl!"). These are some of the best times I've had being a fan, and I can't wait to see how this team develops!! You GO Jordan!! Go Pack Go!!
Great interview PIVOT , I love his attitude and resilience throughout his life. I’ll be rooting more for Jordon Love!
Look at our 3 QBs! They ALL can throw an awesome ball! GO PACK GO
Ryan Clark was asking some very deep questions. A tremendous interview.
It’s tough to lose a parent at a young age. We Love you Jordan Go Pack Go
“Y’all twitch yall booties”
Why Channing clowning the Kappas like that, you gotta check that RC 😂
To be fair, as a big ol' packer fan, its been really fun to be proven dead ass wrong by Rodgers and now Love. What an emotional roller coaster! I hope i keep being wrong for the rest of my life!
11:44 Draft
20:50 Cowboys
25:21 49ers
Just keep your head right where you’re at Jordan. You’re a good man. Go Pack!!!
Man I love Jordan love he's going to be so great and a couple super bowls watch out green bay
I'm gunna say 4+ Superbowls
So mature and levelheaded. J Love is going to be a star for years to come 👏👏👏👏
GO PACK GO!!!!!
FASHOOO
Not gone lie 🤣 this is my second time watching this interview. Such a great interview. 🧀
If Love can get a ring then that will be another conversation.
@@mikevernacchio5384 Brett Farve, Aaron Rodgers, and now Love. That's impressive as it gets especially if Love lives up to his potential.
Despite a Lions fan, a sharp conscientious young man. C’mon Pivot get a Lion on here. Great job again!
what a decent young man! excellent interview (questions and moderating by RC). The rest of the cast was great, too.
This was a great interview
We love you, Jordan! 🧀🧀🧀
Was waiting a long time for this one!
This dude amazes me every single time I listen to him. I've been watching him since Utah, & I was born a diehard packer fan. So ecstatic that we have such a fantastic player, & human being leading this franchise for the next decade plus... Until the jets trade for him in year 2039 😂😂 GoPackGo AllYouNeedIs10ve!
He's the guy of Wisconsin! Packers got the whole state behind them! Cmon we don't got much else.
Jordan is a real humble dude and we Love to have him in Green Bay!!!! Go Pack Go 👍🧀💥
Mad respect for Ryan Clark, great questions. Hell of an interview.
Why on earth would anyone talk bad or hate on him? He’s a great person ❤
this dude is super humble and a great qb
I can understand you Jordan I lost my dad in 2012 when I was 10 going to be 11 on December 14th he died a month and 7 days earlier he passed away November 7th 2012
Not because I'm a Packer Fan for 50 years . J❤ going to be a great one . Following A-Rod for 3 years was a blessing like Rogers Farve before.
Jordan is really Down to Earth.
Who wouldn't want to play for him.
I saw Jordan Love in Green Bay at a gas station and that is a BIG dude. You don't really see it on TV but in person next to other big dudes you see it. He's a truck.
I’m glad you had Jordan on. I listened to the sports pundits and talk show hosts talk about how he was trash and will not make it. They’re now talking about how he’s a late bloomer.
New fan and follower. Very well done, and a shoutout to the team behind the scenes for the excellent production values. Lighting, audio, camera work, and editing are spot on.
