    I can see there crema in that brikka, I try to do the same thing, but there so little crema coming out. I wonder if I did something wrong or the coffee bean I grind is not fine enough?

    Hi Riza! What type of dosing funnel do you use for your moka baskets? The most annoying aspect of my daily brew. I haven't found a reasonable one specifically for moka pot baskets. Curious if you use a basic portafilter dosing funnel

    Hi may i ask how do you prevent the handle of the moka pot from melting? We have purchased moka pots from your shop and we tried using it. But the handle starts melting. Unfortunately, we can use electric stove.

    • @rizasri
      @rizasri  2 года назад

      Oh no! Try and make sure you do not expose the handle to the heat. All the best!

      There are 3 components to the Moka Pot. The boiler, the funnel and the coffee collector. There are fine screens at the bottom of the funnel basket and at the coffee collector.
      Heating the water in the boiler generates a low pressure that pushes hot water up through the coffee funnel screen up through the coffee grounds.
      After passing through the grounds the liquid moves through the next screen and up into the collector through its center spout.
      The process continues until the level of the water gets to the bottom of the funnel tube. At this point the top of the spout sputters as there is only steam coming through.
