I've never shot a 3d course in Austria, but I have shot a couple in Southern Germany. I've heard that Austrian archers are really good and their courses are top notch. Now I really believe it. Great job on the video too!
I feel so bad for the girl in black. She seems to be a really good archer but her bow has a slight tilt to the left and her shots go off left. Better luck next time and heads up! Keep up the good work guys =)
I shot my first arrow in 1963 at 13 years old on a Bear recurve. Over the years I tried different methods such as the target style which is the one the archers in this video are doing. I found over time being a hunter that technique doesn’t work very well. I became an “ instinctive” shooter. It’s like throwing a ball- you let your body take over with practice to throw the ball to hit whatever you intend. With instinctive style you can draw and shoot very accurately in 3-4 seconds at most. For me this worked out hunting or on the 3-d range. I liked the short Bear brand Kodiak Magnum recurve for years then found a great quality long bow. I still have that bow some 50 years later. I always made my own arrows for the longbow from Port Orford cedar wood. Was wondering why no one there uses the instinctive style?
We associate the shooting style with the type of bow the shooter uses. An archer with a traditional Assyrian bow shoots instinctively. Others have modern barebow bows, so they use stringwalking

Is anybody gonna mention the fact that the girl in the black outfit is HOT?
Does anyone know what that green bow is? Looks like an assyrian to me but I would like to know where to buy one exactly the same... same brand.
