The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is possibly the most popular adventure bike in India at the moment. 100s are being bought every month and people have huge expectations from this bike.
However... The bike is not that amazing product that some people make it out to be. It is a good bike, especially compared to the Himalayan 411 but , when on the road, it does not exceed expectations when it is compared to its competitors from other companies. All that ends when it is taken off-road. This is an off-road bike that disguises itself as an adventure bike as most of its prospect market i.e. people in India (the core target market) are more into touring then off-roading! Watch the review to see what a tall rider who has experienced multiple bikes in multiple conditions thinks about the Himalayan 450 in the off-road application....

I'm confused between cb350 hness and himalyan 450 (ik both are way different in segments and price range) but looking for a smooth ride on highways and city plus comfortable seats for long distances.(Not fan of off road) But still would like a suggestion. Who should buy a hness and who should buy himalyan? If you can tell. Thanks 👍

The CB350 is an extremely smooth machine… Himalayan engine is powerful but very clanky and vibey.

@@yashg8266 offroaders and adventure riders should go for Himalayan. Commute plus weekend ride + highway tourers can go for cb350.
