Hi unified OSCE can you help me clarify y question
patient is in pain and PRN paracetamol 1g is due to be given
As soon you were about to give PMOL patient started complaining of Nausea
Do you have to give the pain med and escalate the Nausea or Stop giving the paracetamol
because patient is Nauseous.
what do you have to do in this scenario (End of Life Care)
Hello i found the same scenario i did not give metoclopramide i failed can i have your number please we discuss on this please
If 1g is prescribed but the patient weighs less than 50. Can i just give the 500mg or code it?
Hi, no, you are not licensed to charge a prescription. It has to be coded.

If i met inhaled medication and i reassured patient i will come back to administer it, should I code it?
Please what is the full meaning for BM which you bracketed after blood sugar.
Blood sugar measurement is referred to as (BM) in UK.
Do we have to wear apron and gloves?
Hi, use of Apron and gloves in Implementation is not compulsory. But if you use it, you will not be penalised.
do we need to code PRN Medication
PRN are not coded, except for a situation where you have an allergen medication requested by the patient at your time.
