This is kind of a random question but if you wanted to add stinging nettle into your diet and don’t have it growing near you, do you know a good place to buy it online and do you know if it has benefits in tea? Thank you ❤

Hi 🙂I don't know where would be the best place to buy it. I guess it would depend on where you live, but I'm sure pages like iHerb.com etc have some good options. Tea is definitely a way to get a lot of the good nutrients. Young, fresh herbs is the ideal, but I dry them as well cause I want it as a supplement all year round. I add it in food (soups and smoothie) as I don't drink that much tea, but both options are good 🙂
