Fyi, you need to clean the silicone on the dirty water tank and clean water tank which is on the lid. Remove and clean with water n dry it with a cloth then fit it back to the lid. This will solve the suction issue which caused the dirty water unable to suck up into the dirty water tank. Service centre has been a great help which quickly pointed out the real cause.
