VDM project nor get AGENDA. The NGO has no operational base....and VDM don get big issues bcos of lack of structure. To be involved in government policy and activities require government approval and buying, without this, he would e frustrated and get arrested. VDM talks too much....he puts common sense in his muscles without getting a guide. VDM just dey involve himself for trouble
