I love how he actually says that the recoil is beating him up a bit lots of RUclips guys act like it's not a problem. I know from experience if you shoot a box (25) of hot shells your shoulder is going to be bruised for a while and I wouldn't consider myself a wimp but it's going to hurt. Especially some waterfowl loads I think they kick more than most slugs or buckshot. Anyway I think it's good especially for new shooters to know that sometimes it hurts to shoot those hot rounds

Lol I went to the clay range and put 500 or 600 rounds through my turkey gun. Then I took it over to the patterning lane to check the pattern of my 3.5" turkey loads. Id never shot a turkey load before. When I touched it off you probably could of heard me holler in the next county over. I never would have believed the recoil was so much more stout than a 3" magnum slug.

I think it depends on the gun. I have a benelli m4 and it’s quite heavy. I shot a couple hundred slugs and bunch through it yesterday and I’m feeling fine.
I would not be able to say that if I had used my 870 or Sxp defender

not to mention, the thing that holds the Benelli M4 back, is that 2-round limiter that's installed on the civilian version of the shotgun, forcing the customer to purchase the 2-round magazine extension tube (or replacing the entire 5-round capacity altogether). Whereas Military and Law Enforcement Agencies are the only ones who can get the full 9-round capacity right-out-of-the-box!!!

I've got an HK marked M3 Super 90 that can be ghost loaded. Is there a difference among the M3s due to date of manufacture?

The M3s after Serial 155400 cannot be ghost loaded, but you can modify the bolt assembly to allow it. You just have to notch the bolt that rides on the action bar. DeltamanFX has a RUclips video explaining this.
Later M3s and M2s (I want to say produced towards the late 2000s-2010s) transitioned to a different receiver altogether. The tell tale signs are the trigger housings are polymer, the rear section of the receiver is scalloped towards the stock, and the thread pitch on the extension/recoil spring tube changed from M19x1 to M21x1.
Keep this in mind if you decide to throw Benelli Supernova stocks on your M3. Mine was probably a mid 2000 model with the +2 LE extension, and I had to modify the Supernova recoil tube by cutting 1/3 of the leading threads to M19x1 on the larger M21x1 threads. Also had to cut the rear tang off of the trigger housing to accomodate the Supernova collapsible stock. After this mod, I am able to use Supernova and Benelli M4 stocks.
