First of all, I really enjoy your vlogs!
To your question, I do think in many ways the fitness space often focus on aesthetics more often than cardiovascular health & other functional health aspects which can be dangerous. Also as a plus size girl I would love a curvy girl/beginner friendly workout event. Workout events can be intimating, so it would be great to create a safe space for the girlies 🥰

Side tip: Paper Towel works so much better - less abrasive and larger so you can pat dry instead of wiping the water off your face.

This may be late but one thing I do in the warmer months is walk or bike everywhere to run my daily errands. I only use a train or car for far distances or heavy lifting. Helps you get in extra good shape with minimal effort.
