Thank you for this I was diagnosed around 16 or 19/20 (I am now 27) , It has definitly been a journey because I was put on birth control but it really changed my mood to the worse. I am now trying to take care of my self naturally like doing strength training cutting out sugar from my diet, more self-care and rest. Thank you for putting this video out here. It's good to know that you are not alone in this journey. Be blessed!

Got diagnosed 2 years ago, and been in denial. Plus the lack of information has been draining. Had a doctor say I should come back when I am ready to get pregnant 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have the same type you have so this was especially helpful to me! Thank you so much. 😊

I was diagnosed last November and my GP said the EXACT same words to me, and some months later I'm still unsure of what effects it's having on me. You're not alone sis💜💜
