  • It's been over 2 years since the last Renergy Sandwich release, but the wait is over and Renergy Sandwich 3.0 has finally arrived. In this step-by-step breakdown, Rener and Eve teach you a special process to make the sandwich using one of Carlos and Helio Gracie's favorite starches, tapioca. Tapioca flour, also known as tapioca starch, is 100% gluten-free and is made from the starch extracted from the South American cassava plant which explains why it's so popular in Brazil!
Here is a summary of the steps demonstrated in this video:
Step 1: Pour tapioca flour into a large bowl.
Step 2: Add water VERY gradually until all tapioca is slightly dampened.
Step 3: Let sit for 1-2 days until excess moisture evaporates.
Step 4: Place dried tapioca in ziploc bag and refrigerate.
Step 5: Break tapioca blocks and push through strainer.
Step 6: Quickly sprinkle tapioca onto warm pan, focusing on edge first. (Note: Make sure you preheat the pan on a medium flame)
Step 7: As soon as the edge begins floating, flip the tortilla.
Step 8: Add almond butter, avocado, and goat cheese!
Step 9: Add the scrambled egg whites!
    Step 10: ENJOY!
The pure tapioca flour can be purchased at most health food stores or it can be ordered online at www.bobsredmill...

Lol, I got to pick them as a kid, coconut is very easy, with right picker. Just use a Chinese cleaver to cut top into that triangulated top then cut across. The best ones are green ones, very little jelly and more yummy water. I can’t stop giggling

I live in Brazil and I use that same tapioca brand! It is delicious.
I am 27 and haven't tasted tapioca until 3 weeks ago. My girlfriend made me addicted to it. ;P
I couldn't see if the Angela's chicken crepe had tapioca on the recipe... But if you mix two spoons of tapioca, one egg and one spoon of goat cheese you can make what we call crepioca. You can put any leaves you want in the mix.
The baking process is the same. You can put whatever you want inside.
I hope you guys like it!

One more thought. I was a very fortunate person to have someone recommend Gracie University to me. The Bulleyproof program is changing our lives and giving me the pride in my parenting I was lacking. My son's personality is noticeably more confident. More so we have a mutual interest that I believe will carry thru the generations. I can't think of a family who's done more to change the course of history for the better.
I mention your grandfather in my prayers now and then and say thanks. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Alan Work

There is no blood test for gluten sensitivity, you can only test if you have celiac disease or not. Placebo is strong in those two.

  • @alexmayer9159

We do 'pancakes' like that, which you can fill with both sweet an savoury, in my part of Germany, but we use just eggs and a small bit of starch. That way, you have your protein right there and if there's any left over, you can cut it in strips and have it in soup the next day. Perfect low carb (or even gluten free) meal.

It’s related to the use of glyphosate (roundup) just before the harvesting of many of the non-organic wheat crops, in order to reduce the amount of residue that needs to be cleared and to get a head start on next year’s weeds. Celiac disease is a severe reaction to gluten that primarily affects your gastrointestinal system. Glyphosate has been shown to severely damage your gut flora and cause chronic diseases rooted in gut dysfunction. The use of glyphosate on wheat crops has risen in tandem with the rise in celiac disease. In fact, it correlates to a greater degree than glyphosate usage on corn and soy. What happens is that the villi in your gut get destroyed by the glyphosate, which reduces your ability to absorb vitamins and minerals. Also, wheat contains gliadin, which is difficult to break down. Normally, a reaction takes place that builds connections between different proteins in the wheat. Glyphosate causes gut dysbiosis (a condition of microbial imbalance in your intestines that can lead to gut inflammation and leaky gut) and an overgrowth of pathogens. Sulfur, and the sulfur pathway, plays in important part in optimal health, and when your gut is inflamed, your body’s ability to transport sulfate is impaired. The sulfur pathway is also implicated in celiac disease, and this is the connection between glyphosate exposure and celiac:"There are two classes of molecules that transport sulfate. One is the sterols: cholesterol, vitamin D, and all sex hormones - estrogen, testosterone, and DHEA. On the other side, you have all the neurotransmitters. This is the dopamine, melatonin, serotonin, and the adrenaline. All of those transport sulfate. They're all derived from this pathway that glyphosate disrupts," Dr. Seneff explains. This is in part why Dr. Seneff recommends soaking in magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) baths rather than taking a sulfur supplement (such as chondroitin sulfate, for example.) This way, it can bypass your gut mucosa. The sulfur pathway is also implicated in celiac disease, and this is the connection between glyphosate exposure and celiac:
"Glyphosate disrupts the shikimate pathway, which is a biological pathway in plants and in microbes. That pathway produces the precursors to all those neurotransmitters. When you can't produce those precursors... because of the glyphosate, you become deficient. In other words, it is not the food that make you sick, it is how it is plant and process these days.............

For the avocado, place the half with the pit onto your counter, cutting board, plate etc. Then just lay your knife with the sharp edge down on the pit. while holding the knife with one hand, smack the top of the knife (dull edge) and it will just go right into the pit and you can twist and pull it out. That's the safest way to remove the pit.
