  • Crispy Nacho Chips Challenge NACHO CHIPS | Snacks | Cheddar Cheese Sauce
    ♥ Ingredients
    - 1 cup (200ml) corn flour
    - 1 cup of wheat flour (200ml)
    - 1 tsp salt
    - 170ml water
    - 4 Cheddar Cheese
    - 1 piece of butter
    - 1 cup of milk (200ml)
    ♥ The process of making
    1. Mix corn flour, salt and water together and knead to form a lump.
    2. Rest the dough that has become a lump for 30 minutes.
    3. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
    4. Push it as thin as possible with a rolling pin and cut it into the desired shape.
    5. Fry the dough to be shaped in oil heated to 170 degrees or higher.
    6. Put milk, butter and cheddar cheese together in a pot and boil until slightly viscous.
    ♥ Notes
    It was good because it had the savory taste of corn, and it was crispy.
    However, it lacks firmness compared to commercially available nacho chips, and bubbles keep forming when frying.
    I'll have to think and figure out how to solve this.
