What’s up guys! Finally I present to you my Home-made Nachos recipe. I have prepped nachos from scratch and along with it I have made some mexican seasoning, cheesy nacho sauce, pickled jalapeños (desi version), masala re-fried beans, pico de gallo salsa & some mango salsa, woah! So much in just one recipe video, it was fun to shoot this video for you guys. Finally I have served the nachos in 3 different ways. Nachos with cheesy sauce, loaded nachos & nachos with mango salsa. All the versions turn out to be amazing, the video is a bit long, one of the longest YFL video but it is worth a watch & definitely worth trying the recipe! Do let me know how did you like it! I am going to comment something different this time!! I have seen/watched enough videos of cooking and so on (especially cooking). In chef Sanjyot's cooking, videos are totally different, when I say different what I mean is they are so perfect and clean!!! I wouldn't mind saying that there is no mistakes or no dirty work space or anything!! I really wonder whether chef Sanjyot keeping an eye on final video or the video team is so professional! I guess the video team seems so professional in my personal opinion. I have noticed chef Sanjyot is so professional in every sense. I love his style, method of cooking, he is always to the point. Tried all the three versions. I loved the one that is just loaded with cream cheese, capsicum & Chili flakes. No doubt other versions were also lip smacking. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. It's a request if you can mk a video on Mexican Rice with your twist.
