      @@surrouund1452 , had another look at his wings and I'd bring them in a little bit more, but HEY, he's going to hit something regardless, so I guess it depends what one wants to target.
      We can fight over wings out or wings in, if you want? Lol

    If you’re going to do this you should be doing partials of the lower range . It keeps the tension ok your muscles . When your arms fully extended or locked out you shift the stress to your joints . Allways use partial movement under the most tension

    Absolutely a waste of time, partial reps really only pay off (muscle growth not pump wise) when done fully stretched.
