  • I make my last visit to my old retreat in the city that I have been going to occasionally since 2015. My last video about a year ago there were signs that development was happening and within a year they have made more progress in developing the area for apartments/ townhomes and potentially other things.
In this video you will see some of the changes from the last time I visited this area. With the huge influx of people moving to Florida, unfortunately, small remote trails like this are slowly disappearing around me. So enjoy the video as I say goodbye to this trail with my ‪@mitsubishicars‬ Montero.

@@Lets_Play. Actually, the one in this video is considered a Gen 2 more specifically at gen 2.5. The Gen 3 monteros didn't come out till 2001

@@elijahdondada Thanks bro🤜🤛 My near to me little trails are disappearing fast. I used to have 6 spots within 15 mins from my house I could hit the trail in 2017. After this spot ...I am down to 1 spot. I don't think my last spot will be accessible by next year TBH.

@@maxdexpeditions It's the unfortunate reality of living in a area that is growing in a intense rate. Fortunately the memories are still there , we just have to create new ones in different places. I hope everything is well with you and the family.
